Called twice today. Once to get the quote, second time to book the appointment. Called to schedule…read morean appointment for the mobile service. The receptionist or who ever the gal was that answered the phone had no problem letting me know about their mobile service fee. I agreed to the fee. We got all the way through the final details of booking the appointment, getting ready to get off the phone and the gal asks "is the location going to be heated" Uh, no. I just gave you a unit number for my address. She then proceeds to tell me that they are unable to do mobile appointments if the weather is under 60 degrees. One would think that would have been looked into before discussing the mobile service?! How was this not disclosed on the first call when we inquired about the mobile service to begin with?! On top on that, she was taking a personal call while in the line with me and asked me to hold while she spoke to her husband on the phone. Heard their whole conversation! Attempted to support a local business here in Cheyenne. Completely unprofessional. Complete waste of my time. Thanks for making this an easy decision. Safelite gladly took my MOBILE appointment.
