I called…read moretoday around 11:00 AM to see if they could fit me in to have my Ford F-150 regular cab's windows tinted. I have a cap on the back so I have no need to have the back window tinted. I was told yes, they could do it at 3:30 PM. So I drove 50 miles from Douglas, WY to Casper, WY. When the guy showed up (He was about 10 min late.) I was immediately told that he didn't have time to do it. There were no other vehicles in the yard. When I reminded him that I had drove from Douglas he just shrugged and walked off. No offer of a discount, or even help finding someone capable of doing as they said they would. I have 3 other vehicles I am having tinted in addition to this one. They won't be seeing a dime from me.

We brought the car in as soon as they were open but by 5 pm it still wasn't done. We came back at 6 after they had technically closed and I couldn't believe what a horrible job they did, especially the outside. Half the car wasn't even washed let alone waxed but the worker talked to the owner and they didn't charge me for the exterior. But when I got my car home I realized what a bad job they did on the inside too. I waited to see if the owner would call me to try and remedy the situation but after a week or so I was forced to call him myself. He said that they would redo the job and even pick my car up and we scheduled another appointment for a week and half out. I thought well we'll see if he is an honorable businessman. But he flaked on me and never did the work. He did call me at the end of the day and give me some excuse but he only seems to have excuses and no solutions. When I was talking to one of the workers she told me that he routinely overbooks work so it's no surprise that they can't finish.

We got all the way through the final details of booking the appointment, getting ready to get off the phone and the gal asks "is the location going to be heated" Uh, no. I just gave you a unit number for my address. She then proceeds to tell me that they are unable to do mobile appointments if the weather is under 60 degrees. One would think that would have been looked into before discussing the mobile service?! How was this not disclosed on the first call when we inquired about the mobile service to begin with?! On top on that, she was taking a personal call while in the line with me and asked me to hold while she spoke to her husband on the phone. Heard their whole conversation!
