We brought the car in as soon as they were open but by 5 pm it still wasn't done. We came back at 6 after they had technically closed and I couldn't believe what a horrible job they did, especially the outside. Half the car wasn't even washed let alone waxed but the worker talked to the owner and they didn't charge me for the exterior. But when I got my car home I realized what a bad job they did on the inside too. I waited to see if the owner would call me to try and remedy the situation but after a week or so I was forced to call him myself. He said that they would redo the job and even pick my car up and we scheduled another appointment for a week and half out. I thought well we'll see if he is an honorable businessman. But he flaked on me and never did the work. He did call me at the end of the day and give me some excuse but he only seems to have excuses and no solutions. When I was talking to one of the workers she told me that he routinely overbooks work so it's no surprise that they can't finish.

I don't recommend this place for auto detailing. I brought my vehicle for interior cleaning to…read moreremove dog hairs and professionally spot clean some areas. I paid for a full interior detailing of $220. When they returned the vehicle, the roof, back windshield, and some small areas were not cleaned. Still lots of dog hair on the backseat. I called to ask if I can get a refund as I didn't have time to return it. The representative said that they would appreciate if they can fix the issue and she would talked to his boss about it. I waited for a week for them to call me but I didn't hear back from them. I called them a few times throughout the week, left a voicemail, and I messaged them on their facebook page. That was when I got a text from the owner. I gave them a chance to fix the issue but still, they did a very poor job on it. I am very disappointed to pay $220 for a very unsatisfactory auto detailing job. They should've refund me partially.
