First, I have had my car professionally cleaned many times and this was by far the worst job I have…read moreever seen someone do. I scheduled an appointment for the premium service. We brought the car in as soon as they were open but by 5 pm it still wasn't done. We came back at 6 after they had technically closed and I couldn't believe what a horrible job they did, especially the outside. Half the car wasn't even washed let alone waxed but the worker talked to the owner and they didn't charge me for the exterior. But when I got my car home I realized what a bad job they did on the inside too. I waited to see if the owner would call me to try and remedy the situation but after a week or so I was forced to call him myself. He said that they would redo the job and even pick my car up and we scheduled another appointment for a week and half out. I thought well we'll see if he is an honorable businessman. But he flaked on me and never did the work. He did call me at the end of the day and give me some excuse but he only seems to have excuses and no solutions. When I was talking to one of the workers she told me that he routinely overbooks work so it's no surprise that they can't finish.

I had to return to Denver while Tom took it in for repair. There's nothing like being from out of town when you have car trouble, especially serious car trouble. I felt totally vulnerable. Tom / Master Mechanic was excellent though. He shopped around for a good used transmission, installed it and it runs like a top. I couldn't be happier with the result. We have some very good mechanics here in Denver, Tom's shop is as good as any of them and he's as honest as the best of those.

I called to follow up Upon calling said establishment the phone was answered with a "hello?" I didn't even know if I had called a business or not. I asked "is this mad towing?" The women said "yes?" I repeated the information to her she had given to my husband and she repeated "he and I literally JUST got off the phone, I barely sent the order out to the tow truck... he didn't say he wanted a call but I guess I can have the driver call him." A few minutes later we get a call from the driver. Driver: "I JUST got the order just now I'm only just now leaving." Needless to say we waited for almost an hour. Won't be using this service again

I desperately started to look for shops that could help us out on the way and none would help us out. I finally saw Brake Shop and gave them a call. They were very responsive and when I told them that we were on a family road trip, they were willing to do all they could to take care of us, right before closing! Someone needs to train this manager to say "Yes sir, we'll take care of it now." I am a repeat…read morecustomer, but when I went back concerning my brake job a few days later, I got nothing but excuses and diversions. The manager did test drive it, but then claimed he couldn't feel or hear anything. He said the ladder rack made too much noise. Then he admitted he never tested it as I described. Then he claimed it must be the rear brakes, not the front brakes. (After claiming he didn't feel anything). Then he showed me the work order which was for the front brakes, and not the rear ones which he tried to blame it on. The noise and jumping are obvious, the whole front end shudders. I will never go back. The manager is a family hire. Very unprofessional.
