I repeated the information to her she had given to my husband and she repeated "he and I literally JUST got off the phone, I barely sent the order out to the tow truck... he didn't say he wanted a call but I guess I can have the driver call him." So much happened during and after the accident we've yet to have a second to breath. The owner said "yall are wasting my time" and hung up on us all because we requested the driver (that we never even requested in the first place) to wait to see if we can drive the truck to the exit to save hundreds of dollars. They never informed the cops they canceled nothing. Left us stranded there until an actual respectable towing company had to come all the way out from Casper to save us. Never ever use this horrid company. Especially in the type of business they have, they should understand a situation like this and actually want to help people instead of pinching for money.
