We hit a deer around 11pm the other night. Airbags deployed and auto called the police to which they auto called this tow company which was at the top of their call list for that time. We were still extremely shaken up and unaware they already called this place so we called Gibsons asking if they could wait so we can see if the truck is still drivable. We had an ambulance there and 3 cop cars trying to deal with all of that. The OWNER picked up and immediately gave us an attitude cause we were asking for them to wait. So much happened during and after the accident we've yet to have a second to breath. The owner said "yall are wasting my time" and hung up on us all because we requested the driver (that we never even requested in the first place) to wait to see if we can drive the truck to the exit to save hundreds of dollars. They never informed the cops they canceled nothing. Left us stranded there until an actual respectable towing company had to come all the way out from Casper to save us. Never ever use this horrid company. Especially in the type of business they have, they should understand a situation like this and actually want to help people instead of pinching for money. Hanging up on a customer that you know just hit a deer and the cops requested YOUR company to help with the tow.. is beyond crazy and inhumane. The cops were even dumbfounded with what yall did. Adam to the rescue! We broke down just off the interstate in Douglas. We called a couple repair places, and no one was willing to help us. Gibson Towing was across the road. He came and got my family into his air-conditioned truck while he quickly loaded our car on the flatbed. He got us to the car dealership in Casper just before closing to drop our car off. He then brought our family and our luggage to a hotel for the night. He was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to ride with. I can't possibly thank him enough for helping me and my kids get to safety on such a hot day. His truck was clean and cool. I would 100% recommend Gibson Towing. A week ago I was stranded at a rest area in rural Wyoming. My rental car company was less than helpful. I called and, once details around what I was driving were hashed out, I was given an eta. On time , helpful and able to get the car started quickly. He even offered to follow me to the parts show to get what was needed: the fob battery was dead.
