We were still extremely shaken up and unaware they already called this place so we called Gibsons asking if they could wait so we can see if the truck is still drivable. We had an ambulance there and 3 cop cars trying to deal with all of that. The OWNER picked up and immediately gave us an attitude cause we were asking for them to wait. So much happened during and after the accident we've yet to have a second to breath. The owner said "yall are wasting my time" and hung up on us all because we requested the driver (that we never even requested in the first place) to wait to see if we can drive the truck to the exit to save hundreds of dollars. They never informed the cops they canceled nothing. Left us stranded there until an actual respectable towing company had to come all the way out from Casper to save us. Never ever use this horrid company. Especially in the type of business they have, they should understand a situation like this and actually want to help people instead of pinching for money. Hanging up on a customer that you know just hit a deer and the cops requested YOUR company to help with the tow.. is beyond crazy and inhumane. The cops were even dumbfounded with what yall did. Disgusting.

She called me at 715am yesterday morning (I live in Austin TX) and also advised that he phone battery was dying. I spend over an hour calling companies in Douglas and Casper to find someone who would agree to help. OK Wrecking was able to dispatch a driver. It took a long time for him get to where they were but they did the job! I called several times between 8am and 3pm. Being so far away and not having contact with my daughter was extremely stressful. When I spoke with the lady at 310pm, she said she'd text the driver as cell service was non existent. She called back and was very compassionate and understand as I cried on the phone from the stress and finally relief after she told me the kids were back on the road. I am very grateful for this company.

My vintage vehicle suffered a complete failure of a critical system while on an early morning roadtrip from Casper to Cheyenne. Precision Automotive was the only shop in town that was open at the time (7:00 am on a Saturday), answered my telephone call on the second ring, and had my car in the service bay for diagnostics within five minutes of the tow truck dropping it off. Miraculously, they were able to secure parts for my 40 year old vehicle and had me back on the road within hours, all of this while still helping other customers both in person and on the phone as the morning progressed. Costs for both parts and labor were very reasonable and well within industry-standards. Furthermore, diagnostics were spot-on, and recommended repairs included both absolutely necessary, as well as appropriate manufacturer-recommended preventive measures based on the failed system, which will absolutely prevent another unexpected and ill-timed breakdown of a similar nature. Speaking of which, I was pretty distressed with my situation and limited resources, and it showed. Another customer in the waiting room approached me and asked if I needed a hug. I did. Truth be told, I sobbed on her shoulder for a full two minutes while she reassured me that everything would be okay. In the end, that is exactly what happened. I made it home safe and sound, and with renewed hope in the human race and our ability to extend compassion and empathy to those in distress. To the folks I encountered at Precision Automotive, Russ's Towing, and the town of Douglas, Wyoming - you are my HEROS! I will never forget the kindness and generosity you extended on my behalf.

The car failed again immediately after leaving the shop, and a subsequent diagnostic identified a transmission-related issue that had not been addressed. This resulted in additional towing, diagnostic, and repair costs. The car was ultimately determined to be a total loss because the cost of repairs exceeded what I had paid for the vehicle. I would not return and strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving expensive repairs.
