I paid for a full interior detailing of $220. When they returned the vehicle, the roof, back windshield, and some small areas were not cleaned. Still lots of dog hair on the backseat. I called to ask if I can get a refund as I didn't have time to return it. The representative said that they would appreciate if they can fix the issue and she would talked to his boss about it. I waited for a week for them to call me but I didn't hear back from them. I called them a few times throughout the week, left a voicemail, and I messaged them on their facebook page. That was when I got a text from the owner. I gave them a chance to fix the issue but still, they did a very poor job on it. I am very disappointed to pay $220 for a very unsatisfactory auto detailing job. They should've refund me partially.

Their inventory was small and their staffing was not the usual on-commission pushers that we all fear. When we got there there was only their mechanic, who was working on a Subaru. The test drive wasn't chaperoned by dealers and the agreed price (for another Subaru) was "out the door" with none of the usual paperwork charge add-ons.
