I own a vintage vehicle with very low mileage and work hard to maintain it as best as I can. When I first purchased it, I went to another shop for a tune-up and fluid change, assuming the job was done properly. Little did I know, the fluid flush never happened. Thankfully, these guys caught the issue during a visit and showed me in person just how badly my coolant needed to be flushed. I truly appreciated their honesty and kindness in explaining the situation and presenting a clear plan of action with a fair payment breakdown. They were able to take care of it the same day, working quickly and with precision to ensure the job was done right They even went out of their way to compliment me on the maintenance of the rest of the car, saying that they were particularly impressed that a 23 year old car had no rust underneath it and had only 30k miles.... thanks guys!!! Y'all are the best. It's rare to find such trustworthy mechanics, and I am grateful for their expertise and exceptional service. As I finish this, I look over the doorway to the shop and the quote reads: 'I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business. These gentlemen delivered just that today, and with class. Todd was nice enough to drive me back to the motel, and then when it was finished a few hours later, came and picked me up. The total was less because they didn't need to put in a full synthetic oil.
