When I first purchased it, I went to another shop for a tune-up and fluid change, assuming the job was done properly. Little did I know, the fluid flush never happened. Thankfully, these guys caught the issue during a visit and showed me in person just how badly my coolant needed to be flushed. I truly appreciated their honesty and kindness in explaining the situation and presenting a clear plan of action with a fair payment breakdown. They were able to take care of it the same day, working quickly and with precision to ensure the job was done right They even went out of their way to compliment me on the maintenance of the rest of the car, saying that they were particularly impressed that a 23 year old car had no rust underneath it and had only 30k miles.... thanks guys!!! I just gave you a unit number for my address. She then proceeds to tell me that they are unable to do mobile appointments if the weather is under 60 degrees. One would think that would have been looked into before discussing the mobile service?! How was this not disclosed on the first call when we inquired about the mobile service to begin with?! On top on that, she was taking a personal call while in the line with me and asked me to hold while she spoke to her husband on the phone. Heard their whole conversation! After my last review Caliber delivered the car to our home along with 3 employees, one of whom talked about "customer service", a second employee who gave us 100.00 gift card, and suggested we could change the yelp review. Sadly, the anti collision safety feature was still not working, and when you made a right turn at certain speeds, the brake warning light lit up on 2 spots on the dash. Both of these items were pointed out to Caliber when we returned it to them in late March. I'm not sure if Caliber was just trying to wait us out, thinking we'd go away with our broken car, or if they are truly that incompetent. I had to give a 1 star, but its really zero stars from me.

We brought the car in as soon as they were open but by 5 pm it still wasn't done. We came back at 6 after they had technically closed and I couldn't believe what a horrible job they did, especially the outside. Half the car wasn't even washed let alone waxed but the worker talked to the owner and they didn't charge me for the exterior. But when I got my car home I realized what a bad job they did on the inside too. I waited to see if the owner would call me to try and remedy the situation but after a week or so I was forced to call him myself. He said that they would redo the job and even pick my car up and we scheduled another appointment for a week and half out. I thought well we'll see if he is an honorable businessman. But he flaked on me and never did the work. He did call me at the end of the day and give me some excuse but he only seems to have excuses and no solutions. When I was talking to one of the workers she told me that he routinely overbooks work so it's no surprise that they can't finish.
