Terrible experience all the way around. They scanned my vehicle and missed damage that was done to the mirror from a hail storm. I sent them multiple emails on this being an issue and it was never captured on their statement of work. They said they would try to get this issue resolved once I dropped it off after having my vehicle for about three weeks they told me it was ready for pick up and refused to fix the mirror and worked against me to say that it was not hail damage related with my insurance company. It took their Staff and management over two weeks to answer emails or return calls on this prior to starting the repair services. I would not recommend you or anyone else bring your vehicle for repair work to this location due to the laziness and incompetence that I have experienced with this incident take your vehicle elsewhere. Simply put, do not use Halladay Collision Center. I made an appointment in May at Halladay, and the earliest they had an appointment was August. I wonder if they wouldn't be booked out so far in advance if they had one iota of professionalism or communication skills? I took my car in on the original Monday of the appointment that had been scheduled for months. They told me the parts had not arrived yet. Wouldn't you think with all that time, the parts would be waiting to be installed? Once they got my vehicle in, they had it for over 5 weeks. Throughout this entire process, nobody from Halladay reached out to me. I had to call them to get any sort of updates. Two weeks after taking the car in, they discovered additional damage behind the bumper that wasn't evident from the outside. So then we were once again stuck waiting for parts to arrive. Eventually the adjuster at Halladay responsible for my car began to email me, but only after I would call the front desk and ask to talk to her. She had always "just stepped out" or "was in the break room" so could never talk. A few minutes later I would get an email with an update. One of her emails was very rude. When I finally went to pick up my vehicle, two of the pieces were still broken! One of the headlights had apparently never been replaced. They had the new one still sitting in the back. And they installed a broken grill. So, they had to order parts again and finally a week later the whole repair was finished. They have had my car for a little over 2 months now. This whole time they have said they are waiting on parts. Okay, fair enough. They can't control when the parts come in... Then, last week, they told us the parts have finally arrived and the car would be done mid-week this week. Note that they did not say SOME of the parts came and that they were still waiting on others. They specifically said all the parts were in AND took it so far as to say the car would be done the following week. Well, that time comes and we are now told they are waiting on parts with no remote idea of when they'll be in, therefore no remote estimate on when the car will now be done. This place has to be the single worst business I have ever dealt with when it comes to communication. Do yourself a favor and do not take your vehicle here unless it is an ABSOLUTE last resort, and even then I would think twice about it. read more

Avoid Halladay Collision at all cost!! I was in an accident on September 8th after just 3 weeks of buying my car , My car was completely undrivable and had to be towed halladay got possession of my car the following day. I called multiple times to get updates on my car for the next 2 months, I was told on several occasions they were waiting on parts or parts that did come where wrong, I was finally able to pick up my car on November 5th, the body work that was done looked great however when I was hitting my brakes coming down from a high speed my steering wheel was shaking pretty bad, I called halladay immediately and told them what was going on at that time I was told they also "forgot" to change my wheel that was hit directly in the accident and to bring my car in and they will change the wheel and find out why it was shaking, upon their mechanic looking at my car he decided the shaking was due to my rotor, hub and breaks being damaged in the accident ( obviously it was hit directly on the tire) . It took an additional 2 days to fix my car i also told them my car was making a strange noise they looked at it and said it was a mis fire unrelated to the accident and suggested i take it to Honda to be looked at , when I got my car back I drove it off their lot to my house when the transmission was shifting really hard and then the light kicked on. My husband took it back to halladay the following morning and the transmission fluid was low, they couldn't fill it and told him to take it to Nissan to get filled and they would call and set it up. We'll upon getting to Nissan their master mechanic looked at my car and checked the codes, my car was not misfiring, it was showing transmission codes that he believed was definitely apart of my accident and he was not comfortable doing anything to my car. My husband then took the car to Honda and they checked the car and stated the same thing, the transmission was damaged in the accident, Honda told us Halladay should have had my car diagnosed but they didn't. We called halladay and Jamie told us we have to pay for the diagnoses and if it's found to be accident related they will fix it, Honda said halladay should have done this to began with. Jamie was extremely unprofessional and kept blaming my insurance company for him not checking my car correctly and fixing all the damages, they didn't even bother to check if any mechanical issues were done in the accident, they missed replacing a tire and they tried to use old damaged parts to patch together my car to began with. I would highly recommend avoiding this place for any mechanical problems you may have, the body work isn't so bad and the office lady is nice however the mechanical side of things are awful and will cause you a bigger issues. read more

Had our new car for 3 months for hail damage. Received excuse after excuse. Example "we don't know how to fix it" was a good one but most of them were lies. Cars being painted turned out to about a month off. I have never experienced anything like this before completely lacking in every area! read more

The only reason it is one star is that I can't put a zero in. On the 10th of December, I hit a deer and needed repairs done. Since HALLADAY was guaranteed by my insurance company we decided to go there instead of a local shop. It started very well. I had an estimate done fast and parts were ordered the same day with a two week turn around time which would have put it done right around Christmas. I got a call on the 20th of December that said a part was in back order, but they would be completed sometime between Christmas and New Years. When I returned from vacation on the 2nd of January I called to make sure that the car was complete: it wasn't. Finally on January 11th they called and told me it was complete. When I went to pick up the car, warning lights were popping on all over and the fuel door wouldn't open. They decided they needed to take it to another shop because they couldn't fix it. After the fiasco, I was finally able to get my car back on February 1st. They had my car for 53 days to fix fairly minor damage. Terrible customer service and the slowest repair I have ever seen. read more

I wish I'd left my car damaged from an accident than take it here for body work. On an estimated 1-week repair, they had my car for 4 days before telling me a part to fix it was back ordered. I brought my car in a second time when they had the part, and not only was the repair work not done properly (the paint on the panel they re-painted was already peeling in one corner), they'd chipped the paint on my hood as well. I pointed out both problems and asked them to fix it. They insisted the hood chip was already there and only agreed to fix it when I showed them the insurance adjuster photos that showed the chip was not there when I dropped it off. I took it back a third time so they could repair their work. They fixed the hood chip but only put touch-up paint over the peeling corner of their repair job. I decided to just live with it rather than risk any more damage to my car from their shop. read more

I was in an accident on January 4 and my car was towed to Halladay Collision Center the next day after recommendations from my insurance company. Since I had things in my car that I hadn't removed the night of the accident I went by to collect them. The following Tuesday, my car still hadn't moved from the same spot so I called to ask if they had an estimate yet. I did get an email with a quote the same day. My car was in their repair shop for 4 weeks and I had to communicate with them to check on progress. It was promised to be done by January 30, however, a part that was ordered (supposedly in stock) was delayed for several days and I finally was able to get my car later in the PM on February 1. For the amount of damage to my car I feel the repair job took longer than necessary to repair. As to the quality of the repair it looks ok but in reading the previous review, time will tell if the paint peels, etc. I dread the thought of having to take my car back there ever. I do not recommend using Halladay Collision Center. read more
