I made an appointment for the following Monday to have them try and buff the scratch out. I had been to several other collision shops before I went to Caliber Collision and was given repair costs from $350.00 to several thousands of dollars. Gary said he wanted to try buffing it out before charging me, so I felt it was worth a chance. Gary took the Honda back into his shop that next Monday and after only about 30 minutes brought it back out front to the parking lot and had me take a look. I was amazed! You could hardly tell it had been scratched. I asked how much I owed him and Gary told me it was free. I couldn't have been more grateful. This is a business that needs to be recognized as a major asset to Cheyenne and the car collision business. I have other vehicles that need body work and I now know where to take them now.

We were on I80 just passed through late afternoon when engine light came on, 15 miles out of town we turn around and my wife contacted them. They said bring it in and we can check it out for you. They diagnose our truck and told us that they couldn't work on it until the following week, but if we can't wait we would still can drive our truck and in a slower drive. He assured us that we would be able to make it to our destination if we take easy on the truck and we did. They didn't charge us for anything and told us have a safe trip. Six months later, it still runs like a top for $50 instead of the $1,500 they could have charged. Late this past summer, our mother in law was involved in a serious accident. Mother was shaken and in pain for months, and the kids that hit her had no insurance! I took our 2000 Dodge Dakota to several big name collision repair centers and they had huge estimates and seemed uninterested and were obviously just in business to gouge insurance companies. One conversation with Gary, and I knew I had finally found the right shop. First off, Gary's shop is clean, there's not a bunch of junk and garbage all over the place. Also, Gary himself took care of us from start to finish. His estimate was entirely fair and nearly HALF of what the others were charging for the same work! We picked up our Dodge today and WOW!
