    I would not recommend doing business with Aqua Tech…read more Reason: I received a bill for repairs that Aqua Tech did not perform. The only thing they did was come out to give an estimate of what it would cost to repair the said hot tub. There was no mention via the phone, email or their website about a $130 estimate/trip charge. The tech did not perform any service except to write down what I told him I thought was wrong with it. He was here less than 5 minutes and left without leaving an estimate. That was on 8/14/2024. Three weeks later, 9/4/2024, I received an estimate, but we had already repaired the hot tub. We had thought since they did not get back to us in a timely matter, they were not interested in doing the repairs. I told them at that time that we would not be using their service since the repairs were already complete. Again, there was no mention of any trip estimate charge or bill sent to me. On 10/14/2024 I received an email from Aqua Tech requesting that I pay $130 for hot tub services on a bill that was 3 months past due. This is the first time I received any correspondence from them since 9/4. I called them to find out what the $130 was for and was told that it was a trip charge for the estimate. Again, I was never told about the estimate charge, and it does not mention anything about a trip charge on their website, aquatechutah.com. I told them I was not responsible for it and to produce any document signed by me agreeing to the charge. She said it would be taken care of then hung up on me. This was on 10/15/2024. On Friday, 10/18/24 I received a letter from a collections agency requesting the $130 and threatened to report if not paid. Now I'm dealing with a collections agency.

    When I asked Senske to come and preform services for my lawn I was having trouble with some spots…read more2021. I was assured in the new year (2022) they would have everything green and lush. They have come monthly but were still unable to fix my brown spots, it was not for lack of watering either. I have asked the technicians what is going on and they have no idea. In August I was told they were coming to aerate and reseed. I declined because they charge way too much and the reseeding they did last year was awful. The person who did the reseeding did everything including flower beds, what a mess. September I got a notice they were coming to fertilize and they were going to do a pre-emerge on my lawn. I called to tell them I had just reseeded my lawn and it makes no sense to preform this service. It seems to me this is a little backwards for them to want to preform the reseeding themselves and then the next month want to kill what they just did. I have had them do my trees also. When I signed up with them I was assured that they would be able to take care of my trees especially the Crimson Maple in the front yard. They did two services and the tree was still not doing well I called and asked to have them come and do iron, I got resistance from them. After a lot of convincing they finally agreed to come out. Still the tree NOT doing well. I had to reach out to an arborists and was told the tree was Iron deficient and needed to be sprayed every month until it starts to recover. I will be preforming this service myself next year. They need to be more open with there customers. I have had good luck when I have reached out to customer service. I do not think the techs know what is going on and how to tell customers what is wrong with their lawns and trees. They just go out and preform the monthly service and do not really care about why the lawn is dying. I will admit I am not sure if I will be continuing their service for 2023.

Phone calls went unanswered, emails were ignored, and getting any response was nearly impossible. Because our lawn looked good while we were using their service, we recently decided to give them another chance. That turned out to be a mistake. We signed up during a promotion that clearly stated the first grub application would be free. Instead, Senske immediately charged our credit card. Since then, we have tried every avenue of communication available--multiple calls to customer service, emails, text messages to our original sales representative, and online inquiries. Once again, we have been completely ignored. No follow-up, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue. What makes this even more concerning is that our next-door neighbor prepaid approximately $800-$900 for annual service. After Senske failed to show up for scheduled visits three separate times, they canceled their service and requested a refund. They, too, have been completely ghosted and are still waiting for money owed to them. The lawn care itself may be effective, but customer service, communication, billing practices, and follow-through are among the worst we have ever experienced. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Senske to anyone. If you value honesty, responsiveness, and customer support, look elsewhere.
