Unfortunately, rather than calling me to calmly & objectively address further notes to ensure it was fully correct and reflective, I got a very unprofessional, disrespectful, and overall concerning call from their director of revenue as he attempted to "resolve" our concerns. Following aggressive, consistent interruption, & innapropriate comments about my family, we opted to discontinue the sale. Our salesman was nice, but we got scammy salesman vibes toward the end and his texts with wink emojis made me uncomfortable. He seemed overall unaware of the detailed aspects of install as well. Their product seems great but ultimately they lost the sale due to a level unprofessionalism I've never encountered. I would not recommend them due to these challenges. With 20+ companies in the valley that offer similar services & this being a very large investment, I expected more.

When the technician arrived, I'll admit he looked very young, like he had just graduated high school, so I wasn't sure what to expect--but it turns out he's been doing this for over 20 years. He was very professional, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with the fridge, and was extremely patient in answering my husband's many questions. A few days later, we noticed the ice maker still wasn't producing ice, so we called them back. The same technician returned, took another look, and determined there was a separate issue. Unfortunately, the necessary part was discontinued, and repairing it would have cost more than it was worth. He was upfront about that and even offered a refund for the part he had already replaced for the ice maker. Going into this, we expected the repair to cost a fortune and thought we might need to replace the fridge altogether. Thankfully, the repair ended up being very reasonable. Overall, we had a great experience and appreciated the honesty and professionalism. We had them come out to fix our fridge because it was making a weird noise and also they were coming out we decided to have them look at our ice maker. The guy that showed up looked like he was fresh out of high school and looked like he wouldn't know what he was doing, turns out he's been doing it for 20+. A few months ago, a crew from this company (Shawn, Jesse, and Charlie) was hired to help move our apartment neighbor. Funny enough, we were moving on the exact same day, so we were constantly in each other's way.. sharing the walkway, 3 flights of stairs, etc. We all know how stressful moving can be, but this team went out of their way to help us too!! They genuinely restored a little of my faith in humanity. Whenever they had a free moment, or after they finished moving our neighbor's items, they would each grab a load and help us carry things.. simply out of kindness! And before anyone complains, our neighbor wasn't upset. Their help didn't slow down or interfere with his move at all. Their willingness to help speaks volumes about both the company and the team they have. They truly go above and beyond, and that's exactly the kind of service and character you hope to see from a moving crew. I sincerely hope their management recognizes the hard work and kindness of Shawn, Jesse, and Charlie. They left a lasting impression.
