When their agency management system product (Power Manage) began to fail, they advised me to move to their newer, more updated platform called Agency Stream. From the get-go, it was clear Quomation had rolled this new product out prematurely. There were many, ongoing problems and it lacked functionality. Unfortunately, I had agreed to allow them to transfer all of my Power Manage data to Agency Stream. After two years of trying to work with Quomation on Agency Stream, I requested a cancellation. Near the end of the 6-month cancellation period, I attempted to initiate the data transfer process to our new platform. I was informed that Agency Stream did not have transfer capability and my data (internal file notes, documents, time stamped endorsement transactions) would be held by Agency Stream. Quomation should be held legally accountable for all the privately-owned data they have wrongfully retained without developing a mechanism for transfer. DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS with Quomation, move on to a better provider and count yourself lucky that you do not have to hassle this company.
