Just to be clear, all that right-wing Alex Jones nonsense up there IS A JOKE. It is sad that I have to say that and that people would rather believe impossible conspiracy theories than, you know, DO THE RIGHT THING FOR SOCIETY or, I don't know, TRUST SCIENCE OVER SUPERSTITION AND MAGICK. I had no idea this Carrs location even had a pharmacy until I booked a booster appointment. (I call this the "long Carrs". ) Everything went extremely smoothly. I have a minor headache today, but otherwise doing great! This is a great place to get your booster, if you're eligible!

I had a Walmart pick up and went into the Walmart app to let them know that I was on my way…read more I arrived at the parking lot, which was completely full and waited to pull into a space. I pulled into space number 17 and checked in with the color of my car. My check-in time was 6:23 PM. I waited and waited and waited. A guy came out with groceries and asked me for my pin number from the order and I gave it to him and he said oh I don't have the right order and will be out in a little bit. I waited and waited and waited. The lady next to me got her groceries after pulling in after me and said I may want to call the store number and let them know you've been waiting for over an hour. I did that at least four times and no answer. A guy was delivering groceries to someone else's car and I went over to him and I said it's been well over an hour and I still don't have my groceries and he said he would check into it next and bring them out. I waited another 15 minutes. I put in a call to the one 800 customer service and got a guy on the phone and he asked me all my information and he said he would check me in and I said I already did that at 6:23 PM. And he said he would do it again and by that time the guy finally came out with my groceries and he says well you have everything. I said well I'm not happy with the service and I feel as though I deserve something because my time is just as valuable as everybody else and it was clearly a complete screwup on their end. I said I'm not satisfied with that. He says well that's all he can do and I said it's not acceptable and I expect something and he hung up the phone on me. I went into the grocery store and talked to the manager and of course she wasn't very helpful. She said they had a refrigerator problem and the people had to run back back-and-forth in the store, not my problem. I got some sorry and there was nothing she could do so clearly she didn't care either. I called the one 800 customer service number back again and talk to a gentleman. explained the situation all over again. I said I feel as though my time is valuable and I'm not satisfied with how I was treated by anybody so far so he offered me a $10 coupon. To be honest with you, not looking to get my groceries for free, but certainly my time is worth more than $10 but at least he was decent to talk to and tried his best. It was a miserable order experience and doubt I would ever use it again if that's how they treat a so-called Walmart plus customer for their screw ups

While not very pleasant, here are highlights of last Saturday: It's all I can do to take the high road and not start making calls to corporate. In a nutshell, the Saturday night pharmacist told me I could walk around with a sign around my neck telling everyone I'm autistic. Deny it if she can (which she can't). When I openly complained about my sucky insurance covering continuous glucose monitors, she snaps back that if I didn't like it, I could "always prick my fingers" (For the record, that would be 4+ times a day). Btw, I was NEVER addressing her with my comments. I was dealing with the pharmacy tech, you know, the woman who was a total professional and treating me (the customer) with respect? The one that was sympathetic to my situation and researched different options for me. The wise ass pharmacist can't seem to mind her own business and keep to herself. Which I wouldn't mind her intrusion, if she were aiding the situation. Maybe quit jamming purple dye in your hair long enough to gain some professional skills and human compassion? I guess another example of maturity not up to the par of the age. I later discovered from some of the nurses at the hospital, this isn't unique and they are well aware of "Miss Attitude". Since the ins. co. insists we use CVS, we were advised to drive all the way down to the 100th Ave location. Wow. 1/23

It's typically the same for few folks there every time, and they have never been anything but kind and professional, always taking the extra time to answer questions and explain any new medications.
