I had a flight of 4 ciders and was even able to pick some of the Cellar Projects (Which never seem to end up canned or bottled.) The Cellar Projects we had had a wine note in the flavor. My favorite was a cider aged in rum barrels. (Which already seems to be off the menu.) The flatbread was very good. They have a small pizza oven on the counter behind the cash wrap and run them through there. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. I will definitely return! The inside is the tasting room is chic and classy with awesome bar service. Our bartender was super friendly and helpful. We did a tasting of their for four regular hard ciders: Slingshot, Redfield, Rosé and Wild (sadly, they were out of ice cider). Our favorite was Slingshot-- clean, crisp flavor as described! Hogan's Cider Mill is located on freshly cut, beautiful green grass and plenty of it, in the small, rural town of Burlington, Connecticut. You may get your warm apple cider donut here. Upstairs is where you may get your hard apple cider, or just apple cider.
