Don't want surprises and love a well thought out & important improvement location consideration. I didn't get a copy of the bid and have been stuck in an AI auto answer scenario. Can't get a human. Frustrated as this was who we preferred. So many companies are using AI - in answering questions and booking-without catching the ways it frustrates their customers will be the demise of some project bids.
