They gave us a sliding scale depending on labor for specific jobs. When they invoiced us, they included receipts for parts... this is something that we rarely see but it creates a sense of trust and honesty. There are no surprises. Our first job was a lesser, more simple, job-we had at few sockets replaced one of which was a very loose socket that we were concerned about arcing. The second job was more extensive as there were several "needs" in one day. They replaced overhead light fixtures (3 of them), replaced an old and VERY outdated (probably from when our house was built over 35 years ago!) smoke/fire alarm, and installed bedside wall mounted lights. They are GORGEOUS!! On their third visit soon, we will have heated flooring in our master bedroom installed. B. Henry's Quality Electric is the place to go for your electrical needs. The team is nothing but helpful, and professional. They are community oriented and are always there to help when you have an electrical need. My fiancé and I purchased a home near the Russian River in early 2022. In December 2022, we hired Gunneau's Home Services through Thumbtack to install a chandelier. Edward arrived with a younger helper. After installation, the light was briefly turned on and off, confirmed working, and we paid between $1,000-$2,000 for the service. Within a few weeks, the chandelier caused the breaker to trip repeatedly when in use. Unsure of the cause, we stopped using it. Later that year, a licensed electrician evaluated the issue. We were informed that the chandelier had not been properly supported and was hanging by the electrical wiring rather than being secured by the mounting chain. By that point, the fixture was no longer usable. Recently, the chandelier detached and fell, shattering into our kitchen and dining area. This prompted us to document the issue and post this review. Prior to doing so, I contacted Edward through his website to seek resolution but did not receive a response. Based on our experience, we were disappointed with the installation and follow-up communication. I would recommend others proceed with caution and ensure all work is inspected and properly supported.
