They showed up…read moreon time and got the work done perfectly in one hour. 5-star experience. ----------------------- I contacted B. Henry's Quality Electric when my solar inverter needed replacement. Even though they didn't perform that work themselves, they referred me to one of their installers and, in the process, saved me money by bypassing the markup they could have charged. That level of honesty is pretty rare. They could easily have kept the work in-house or added a layer of profit, but instead they focused on what was best for me as the customer. They also followed up several times by email to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was happy with the outcome. Great customer service and a company that clearly values long-term relationships over short-term profit. Highly recommended.

We have had B. Henry's out twice now and will be scheduling a third service in a couple of weeks! I…read morereally appreciate their professionalism when it comes to being upfront about costs. They gave us a sliding scale depending on labor for specific jobs. When they invoiced us, they included receipts for parts... this is something that we rarely see but it creates a sense of trust and honesty. There are no surprises. Our first job was a lesser, more simple, job-we had at few sockets replaced one of which was a very loose socket that we were concerned about arcing. The second job was more extensive as there were several "needs" in one day. They replaced overhead light fixtures (3 of them), replaced an old and VERY outdated (probably from when our house was built over 35 years ago!) smoke/fire alarm, and installed bedside wall mounted lights. They are GORGEOUS!! On their third visit soon, we will have heated flooring in our master bedroom installed. B. Henry's Quality Electric is the place to go for your electrical needs. The team is nothing but helpful, and professional. They are community oriented and are always there to help when you have an electrical need. It's nice to have an Electrician that you can trust especially when it gets to be overwhelming not knowing what needs to be fixed. We heard about them from word of mouth, and those people are ABSOLUTELY correct. Thank you Bill and your team... and we will see you again soon!

I am posting this review after first attempting to address the issue privately by messaging Edward…read morethrough his website. After several weeks without a response, I am sharing our experience. My fiancé and I purchased a home near the Russian River in early 2022. In December 2022, we hired Gunneau's Home Services through Thumbtack to install a chandelier. Edward arrived with a younger helper. After installation, the light was briefly turned on and off, confirmed working, and we paid between $1,000-$2,000 for the service. Within a few weeks, the chandelier caused the breaker to trip repeatedly when in use. Unsure of the cause, we stopped using it. Later that year, a licensed electrician evaluated the issue. We were informed that the chandelier had not been properly supported and was hanging by the electrical wiring rather than being secured by the mounting chain. By that point, the fixture was no longer usable. Recently, the chandelier detached and fell, shattering into our kitchen and dining area. This prompted us to document the issue and post this review. Prior to doing so, I contacted Edward through his website to seek resolution but did not receive a response. Based on our experience, we were disappointed with the installation and follow-up communication. I would recommend others proceed with caution and ensure all work is inspected and properly supported.

We purchased our Bennett Valley home about 10 months ago. The real estate broker/stager removed all the ceiling fans to make the rooms look larger. We need a licensed, insured professional to install new fans. (Your guess is as good as mine as to what happened to the removed fans) We went through a bidding process with 4 companies. We selected Chris's company because he provided proof of insurance along with a professional approach to getting the work, solid work history, licensed. Where did we get the Chris/Elevated referral? From a competitor who was backlogged and could not bid on our project. The owner of that company assured us we would not find a more energetic, qualifed young man to do the job. Sure enough; Chris was on time, had everything he needed in his van, performed the work in less time than estimated, every thing works perfectly, without a hitch. Post note: he went out of his way to cover all the furniture, remove the stuff, clean up. Thank you Elevated/Chris for working us into your schedule.
