When I walked in, no one acknowledged me, and I had to initiate everything myself. The woman who helped me seemed uninterested, was not friendly or helpful, and gave the impression that she simply didn't care about providing good customer service. I was really looking forward to my lunch, but between the stale-tasting food and the lack of customer service, I don't plan on returning. I hope they improve both the freshness of the food and the way customers are treated.

The portions are generous, and you can customize your bowl with rice, quinoa, or greens. I go with rice every time. This place is located on the sidewalk in the Downtown Doral area with plenty of parking options - there are numerous garages nearby and a bit of street parking if you're lucky. Inside, it's super cute, though it can get busy since this spot is very popular. I haven't really explored the rest of the menu because I keep coming back to that Tuna Poke Bowl - it's just that good.

She was hesitant to take my order -she said she was in lunch rush.. after covid that place has not seen a "lunch" rush. She finally took my order . I asked politely to the customer she was attending I motioned to him please excuse me. She proceeded to to again rush me and say it has garlic croutons without checking bad with salad herself and mentioned no pita chips that besides the point it could have been offered!!! I will not be coming back. Will take my buissness elsewhere. The star of the show was undoubtedly "D" Delaine, who was fabulous in every way. The greens were fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced with a variety of colorful veggies and a light, flavorful dressing that D recommended--pure perfection! We couldn't resist trying more, so "D" Delaine was fabulous again in helping us customize a vegan protein-packed wrap that was out of this world. The wrap was bursting with wholesome ingredients, and D's suggestions for the perfect combination of plant-based proteins and sauces elevated it to a whole new level. I'm still dreaming about how satisfying and flavorful it was! We were so impressed that we went back for a third treat--a peanut butter smoothie that was nothing short of divine. It was creamy, delicious, and just the right amount of sweet, making it the perfect way to cap off our visit. "D" Delaine was fabulous yet again, ensuring every detail was spot-on and making our entire experience unforgettable. The food at Just Salad Pembroke Pines is top-notch, and with D's incredible guidance, it's a must-visit for anyone looking for healthy, vegan-friendly meals that don't skimp on taste. Five stars all the way! We had one super small concern, they were cutting onions and that made my wifey's eyes water. But hey for fresh cut veggies. It is still worth the minor tear drop.
