I like carrot express their matcha is really good the service is quick and the restaurant is very cute. The food is good quality.

The place wasn't very busy, but I still have a hard time getting very simple question answered. I am a vegan, and I wanted to confirm that the food that was ordering was vegan. One of the people working there didn't understand the question. Started to answer, but started helping someone else. I ended that in Gemini and searched it for myself. The food is OK, not great. They do a lot of to go business. Place is clean and well lit, but not much to look at. Fortunately, there was no option to leave a tip. I would not have done so. read more

This is a great fast-casual spot if you're looking for something quick, tasty, and affordable. The food is consistently good, with fresh ingredients and solid portion sizes that make it feel like you're getting great value for the price. The menu has a nice variety of options, so it's easy to find something you're in the mood for whether you want something light or a more filling meal. Everything comes out quickly, but still tastes like it's made with care rather than rushed. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, making it a perfect place to grab a quick lunch or an easy dinner without spending a lot. Overall, it's a reliable go-to. read more

If you want a healthy option then this restaurant should offer just what you are looking for. They have all day breakfast, how good is that? Like other locations, this one is a touch better in indoor space and outdoor space because of it's location. I found pricing to be from reasonable to elevated depending on what you get. Place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I love the gazpacho here and the avocado toast. Self serve water is always available. Real silverware is a nice touch. Parking here can be a problem, especially during business hours. So tasty, so much better than a fast food meal. read more

The mango sunrise smoothie was fantastic: not too sweet (used honey) and the oat milk gives it a nice touch, making it lower in calories than others. The Gluten Free almond cake was also tasty. Quick service. read more

Very solid spot for healthy food. They have a variety of options and everything is prepared fresh. Strong customer service as well.

I'm staying at a hotel near the Miami airport for a few days and needed something fresh and nourishing after traveling all day. Oh my gosh-- Carrot Express was the best choice! I used their app to order delivery. It was super easy to use, had a much lower delivery fee than other food delivery apps, and gave me a $10 coupon for the first order. The delivery was quick and seamless, even to the hotel. I ordered a few things to last while visiting- a La Mexicana salad, fresh fruit bowl, banana bread, and fresh squeezed oj. Everything was SO tasty, super fresh, and flavorful. There was a small snag with one of the items (it was accidentally forgotten) and the staff went above and beyond to get it to me. She even called to make sure I got it. I only wish I was staying longer to enjoy other items! If you're looking for a super tasty, vegetarian friendly, flavorful, reasonably priced meal and amazing customer service, I absolutely recommend Carrot Express! read more

Disappointed with the service at Carrot Express Doral. My wife ordered a peanut butter chocolate protein smoothie and even added an extra tip, requesting it be brought upstairs to the second floor. They flat-out refused, saying they couldn't walk a few steps to deliver it. Whether it's policy or not, this was a clear opportunity to go above and beyond for a customer, and they completely missed it. Good hospitality means taking small moments like this to create a better experience--especially when the food is already overpriced for what it is. Unfortunately, I won't be returning anytime soon, as I can easily make the same meals at home or find better service elsewhere. read more

I visited this Carrot Express location and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the order was completed. It's like a healthy fast food restaurant. I ordered the tuna salad on ciabatta, and it was good. The tuna salad tasted fresh, though I would have preferred it without the alfalfa. The sweet potato fries were very good. I would definitely return whenever I crave something healthy. read more

I have worked in Doral for a month and I have ordered from here twice and done pick up once. The first time that I ordered I created my own salad bowl with tuna. The second time that I ordered I had the salmon poke and the time that I went in to pick up an order I had the Tuna Poke. I love it becuase it is a healthy alternative that is convenient when you don't have anything ready. Every time that I have ordered I have felt full after my meal. The portions are large and it is always super fresh. The time that I went in for pick up I had to drive around the plaza twice before realizing where it was. It is on the first floor on the right side of the roundabout if you just drove in. There is street parking on the side as well. When I went in and ordered, I walked in and was welcomed by the staff. I placed my order since there was no line and I had my meal within 5 mins. The place was clean and it smells super clean and fresh. I know that this def and easy go to for lunch in the area. read more

Tried this location for the first time and chicken was terrible not fresh. Seems like it was either reheated or terrible quality chicken(chewy, hard). When you're paying $20 for a bowl I would expect fresh chicken. Not planning on coming back read more

My go-to meal when I'm looking for a delicious and healthy lunch. They're portions are really good and everything is always so fresh and flavorful! I shared the la bomba wrap + the almond butter açaí bowl and it was perfect for 2. The La bomba wrap is amazing! With falafel, eggplant which gives a beautiful Mediterranean flavor, dip it in their cilantro lime and wow chefs kiss! S for the açaí, it's so refreshing and filled with fruits like pineapple, strawberries, bananas, and blueberries -- they drizzle some almond butter on top and voila, a perfect sweet tooth satisfaction. read more

Place is very nice to dine in. Acai bowl are one of the best We had. Tuna toast is amazingly delicious. Service may be slow if they don't have the right amount of staff. To me prices are a little high, but I will came back. read more

You need more staff, and that staff needs to communicate or maybe have better signage regarding pick ups. We ordered at like 1:30 pick up time was 1:45 it's 2:05 and they just started making my order, the staff is so overworked no one can ask them questions or figure anything out. Super frustrating experience. Whoever is managing this place is not doing a great job they need more support and do not have it you can tell the workers are trying their best but no one is having a good time and for the price of the food totally not worth it. The place is cute though good place to vibe and a/c was strong. read more

My Coworker decided to order so I jumped on the bandwagon we ordered early for our lunch it got delivered I got the pumpkin/ sweet potato soup and the California eggwich sandwich first let's start by saying how extremely pricey this meal was I'm just helping on my food the soup although good comes in the smallest container at a whopping charge of $8.95 and the eggwich at the charge of $13.95 really ??! The cost of setting health is NOT fair in these times. The soup was ok Like i a said a lil tiny container I mean this needs to change for that price and the sandwich was just ok as well I think you definitely need to re look at prices I definitely won't order again. At the cost of over $25 it's not worth it I could bought my daughter and I a full dinner elsewhere later tonight! Disappointed, disappointing! read more

I never thought that healthy eating can taste this delicious...! This has been my go-to lunch place for the past couple of weeks...I can't get enough of it..! Restaurant - Ample inside and outside seating. Staff continuously keeps it clean which is a plus. Staff -- Absolutely friendly and accommodating from the person that takes the food to the table to the one that rings up the order. Special kudos to ALI -- A friendly staff member that radiates charisma and is willing to comply to your every eatery whim. I told him that I had never tried a smoothie so he recommended a "Julie's Smoothie" and it was a fruitful-delight to the palate..! A combination of pineapple, OJ, mango, strawberries and bananas was a fruit medley I will not easily forget. Food - Ordered: *Have tried the Chicken Caesar in a wrap and as a salad. Both styles are plentiful and shareable. The grilled and seasoned chicken pieces are tender and quite large. There's a mix of both romaine and kale that gives it a refreshing and powerful taste of nutrients and the croutons provide a perfect crunchiness. They add just the right amount of their signature Caesar dressing which gives this dish a light but flavorful taste. *Chicken Goddess -- Can't believe that something so good is this healthy. The chicken is panko-crusted and perfectly pan seared to give it a crunchy but still tender taste. The sandwich is topped with a cilantro lime coleslaw, tomatoes and onions...food exquisiteness..! *Sweet potato fries - perfectly seasoned *Chocolate cake -- this is a hit and miss. I personally didn't like it; I found it a bit dry but I'm not much of a sweets eater. If you're in the CityPlace area, this place is worth trying out...! Bon Appétit...! read more

Amazong customer service. The food is delicious but it tastes better because of the exceptional customer service by Sila and her team We are from LA and come to Doral for work every few weeks. Thank you CE and team For always being that place we can count on for a wonderful experience. read more

The workers who've answered the phone between Tuesdays of December 09,2025 and the manager as well are very incompetent of doing their job and has provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've called 37 TIMES !!! On a order I was provided that was wrong and I have pictures and yesterday night at 7:20 I've called the worker I've spoke with on Tuesday that allegedly told me the manager left the store and she questioned that if the manager reached out to me and laughed on the phone and I asked her are you laughing that's when she proceeded to disconnect the call & Blocked my number. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING ANY MONEY AT THIS LOCATION, I'd get better customer service else were and they could ask a fool over the phone I could only imagine what could they do to the food. Im disappointed and frustrated I've spent $56.18 for order number 40095104978354178 for a delivery order and nobody seems to help rectify the issue with my order. MY FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE WITH CARROT EXPRESS!!! I even had to call from a different number to confirm that the worker that worked last night at 7:20 which was the same one who worked the same hours this Tuesday read more

I had the crispy chicken platter. With brown rice, pico de gallo and avocado and I have to say it was incredibly delicious. I decided to be lazy and order from Postmates yesterday, but I wanted a healthier option so I decided to go with Carrot Express because I've heard good things about it. Well, let me tell you I was very impressed! The quality of the food was exceptional and everything was very, very tasty. Sometimes healthier foods can be bland, but this is not the case with Carrot Express. I got a chicken wrap and a carrot/ginger soup. The wrap is big and prob enough to share, but I like it so much I ate the whole thing in one seating :/ Carrot ginger soup had wonderful flavor and was great for cool weather. Carrt Express is a little on the pricey side, but in this case it was worth it! I will def be back! read more

If you're from California and looking for another Urban Plates / Tender Greens with great fast casual then this is your spot. You place your order at the counter, and the staff will give you a number. The staff will then bring the food to your table when it is ready. The $16.95 Pesto Chicken Platter is absolutely amazing!!! It comes with the pesto chicken, brown rice, salsa, avocado, and silantro lime sauce. The taste is outstanding. The $9.95 Avocado toast is ok. The bread is very crunchy, and coming from LA, there are better options out there. Great fast casual spot. You can sit outside and people watch all day/night. read more

This is a great healthy addition to Doral City Place! I came this weekend after I got an email promotion that they were offering BOGO breakfast items. As I've never had their breakfast I figured this was a great way to try some things out. The restaurant is located on the first floor of city place with either street parking (if you're lucky) or garage parking. If there was a con it would be that. I hate having to go somewhere and pay to park but it's Miami so what can we do. It's not the establishments fault. I decided to order the breakfast quinoa bowl that came with quinoa (duh), mushrooms, spinach, avocado, pico de Gallo and a sunny side up egg. It also came with their cilantro lime sauce. This dish was super filling and didn't leave me filling heavy. The cilantro lime sauce was amazing and really brought everything together. This is a great option is you're in a savory mood and want something healthy. Since it was bogo I also got the Berry Almond Butter Toast. It came with sourdough topped with blueberries, strawberries, chia seeds, coconut flakes, almond butter and a honey drizzle. This was amazing! If you went something sweet but still healthy-ish this is what I would recommend. It totally satisfied my sweet craving. I can't wait to go back and try the other things on the menu. It's always nice when a healthy fast option opens up close to home. It can be on the pricier side but they also have a rewards program if you sign up which is always a plus for me! read more

Loved the food, it has a really interesting taste to it. The service is okay. There was a Venezuelan older woman who delivered the food, and I had asked for the BBQ chicken and i think they forgot she told me that it didn't come with the chicken only on the side. My mom had gone to carrot express in wynwood and she ordered the salmon bowl they gave her sauce with it.
