While the kitchen, living room, and bathroom #2 may have been cleaned it was poorly done as there is still debris visible on the floors (hair, carrot, tracks from trash can, etc). Well, since posting that review, the owner looked into why this happened and then contacted me directly to explain what happened and to apologize to me personally. The issue was in the way the messages were being handled by their office attendant. I have changed my review to five stars because it was clear to me that the owner, Levi, was unaware that an error had occurred, and once he became aware, he researched why it happened and then reached out to me to make it right. We are all imperfect human beings and live in an imperfect world. What matters is whether we have the strength of character to directly address mistakes when then happen and fix them. Levi was very quick to respond, and I had them come out to my house to give me a quote for the job. This is the kind of accountability and integrity that made me decide to give them another shot. They researched the problem with Marvin and Shaw, their vendors. Determined the best solution and took care of it. Phil, a senior craftsman for them does exceptionally nice work and handled the trickiest areas. We are demanding customers and they took great care of us. Our neighbors recommended them and we were disappointed. Easy to write the review when the project was done so well.
