The Carrillo brothers are excellent at what they do!! They are complete professionals!! This was the first time we had to renovate the floor of a two-story, 3000 square feet house, and I had no idea what to expect. Most of the first floor had tile with a section of carpet in the formal dining room and the bedrooms upstairs were carpeted. The bathrooms upstairs, however, were tiled. I thought it would take a long time and was worried about their schedule and mine because I work from home. I recently had all three bathrooms renovated in our home and the contractor we selected for that job showed up promptly on the first day at 8:00 a.m. but then kept arriving at a time that was convenient for him for about three weeks after that first day. At the end of each day, the Carrillo brothers would tell us exactly when they would arrive the following day and what they intended to work on and would stick to that time frame and their promise of what they would do the next day. The work is now complete, and my wife and I could not be happier. Whenever we walk into the house, we don't recognize it. It is like we've entered a brand-new home. They even work on Saturdays!! I could tell that they take pride in their work because sometimes they would say, "We're almost done. We'll be leaving in the next hour or so." And they would still be working, putting the finishing touches on something. There were a few days when they worked for 9 hours!! If that is not dedication to one's job, I don't know what is. A project this big can sometimes be unpredictable. Moving one of the toilets to lay the Luxury Vinyl Planks, they encountered some rotting wood that needed to be replaced. Not a problem. They fixed it for a reasonable price and also covered up the hole that existed where the bathtub was removed by the contractor who renovated the bathrooms. Nothing seemed too daunting for the Carrillo brothers. We ordered the LVPs from a wholesaler and the Carrillo brothers picked them up (they both drive trucks) when they arrived. There were over 90 boxes!! Unbelievable!! They made a few trips and we paid for gas, which is the least we could do. They cleaned up at the end of each day and would haul away all the stuff that they removed in preparation for laying the LVPs. I would highly recommend these guys. Once you've agreed on a price, and their price was quite reasonable, you'll have nothing to worry about. read more
