First, they have gotten our orders completely correct including some minor customization. We order party platters of various pasta dishes and have been quite surprised how carefully prepared and delicious they all have been. Wish I had taken some pics. Also the portions have been quite generous with one small exception. And they more than made up for it this last time. Not only do they get the details right, they also come right out the moment you pull into one of the reserved "pick up" spaces. Once verified the food came right out and was very carefully placed in our car. All without asking. And the server was so very warm and pleasant. Made her happy with little $. I came. I saw. I con-pasta-ed. Carrabba's really said "olive you" and meant it. The bread showed up warm and ready to loaf around, and the dipping oil? I was pressed to find anything butter. My pasta was so good it had me feeling saucy, and the chicken was grill-iant in every bite. By the time dessert rolled around, I cannoli imagine being any happier. I came for dinner but stayed for the crost-ada-best dessert. I'm just living my crust life. Amazing experience at Wesley Chapel Carraba's! We had a very large party that increased a little to total 47 for a birthday celebration. The entire staff pitched in to make this happen. Every single manager, hostess, server, cook and more showed how a restaurant should operate! Truly wonderful. Food was delicious and hot. Drinks were so good and service was impeccable! This is my favorite place to order takeout from, I have ordered from this location multiple times and the food is always so good! I recently tried their Tuscan filet and shrimp Alfredo and it was delicious. The steak was cooked perfect and was so tender. I also love that they include fresh bread with herbs with every order. Portions for our entree are a lot smaller and for almost $30 for Chicken Marsala and Fettuccine Alfredo(as our side which is an upcharge) the portion size and the price doesn't match. def many other restaurants to find this dish elsewhere. Didn't take a pic of the entree this time, but compared to the old pics, there's def a difference. They are also a bit heavy on the salt and pepper. The sauce for the marsala was quite salty and last time our soup had so much pepper that we couldn't eat it. Really loved their chicken marsala here, but for those reasons, I'll have to skip it here. I visited Carrabas Wesley Chapel tonight for my birthday. There was no wait time with no reservations for me and my family. My service was excellent, our server , the floor staff everyone was so professional and polite. Our chicken Marsala was divine and I was so shocked to have six service members bring a cake and sing when they were all so busy on a Saturday evening. Haven't been to Carrabba's in years, but wanted to try it out again because we were craving Italian foo. The experience was amazing, beginning with a free sample of wine and fresh bread with oil and herbs. The server Sienna was very knowledgeable and she gave great recommendations. We had meatballs as an appetizer and for our main dishes we had Chicken Parmesan and the Fettuccine Carrabba which came with soup or salad. We will be back because on top of all of that, the restaurant itself was very nice and private and was a lovely spot to have a date night! Pleasantly surprised by this amazing service experience at Carrabba's! The location is right across the highway from the tampa premium outlets. From the moment we arrived, we were treated more nicely than some very high end restaurants. We had checked in to the online waitlist prior to arrival, and were seated right away- even on a busy Saturday night. They offered free samplings of a wine to begin. When my mom ordered a glass of wine, they came out with a complimentary charcuterie board on top of the wine glass! How cute! We opted for their prefix dinner for 2 "Dinner & Dolce", which is quite the deal at $45 for 2 people. The chicken Marsala was delicious with complex flavors and excellent mushrooms. Great Italian food! Food- me and the significant other went on a late night to have a date night and we were craving Italian food. It was fantastic. I got the carbonara and he got some spaghetti. They also have amazing drinks, I forgot to take pics cause it was so good. Service- our waiter was pretty friendly and he guided us through the menu. He was spot on with the refills and checking in. I have dined in numerous times before and never had an issue. I ordered a $40 take out meal last night which was everything shown on the takeout label. The salmon appeared to be a little undercooked so I had to microwave it to cook it a little longer and I also was missing my Caesar salad which also appeared to be the only thing not highlighted as well. The Carrabba's Italian has it independent building that is very beautiful decorated for their customers. We were here for dinner for two 3 courses meal and a take home meal special. It is a great deal to do it. I got the 7 oz Sirloin steak with broccoli and the pasta. It was delicious. My app is the mama chicken soup. My wife has the grilled chicken top with mushrooms sauce. Love it. The meal is big for three courses. We have our appetizers to go. We also got the to go order meal with affordable deal to got along with this 3 course meal. It turn out my wife doesn't need to cook next day. Service is really good. That include no much of wait for the food. The dining hall is wide open and you can see the actions from the kitchen. The server made no attempt to ask about our food and had no assistance on clearing plates. 4/8 entrees were cold and 1 came out incorrectly. I had such an amazing experience at Carrabba's Italian Grill in Wesley Chapel! I placed a pick-up order, but unfortunately, my car broke down and I knew I was going to be very late. I called to let them know about the situation, and when I finally arrived--over an hour and a half later--I was completely blown away. Instead of handing me cold food, they re-fired my entire order so it would be fresh, hot, and delicious when I got there. That kind of service is rare these days! Taylor was training someone but she was still amazing- pleasant and professional. I have low expectations when I go to chain restaurants but they exceeded my expectations. All of the entrees were delicious. Located at the Tampa outlet mall, it's newly built so it's nice and clean. We were able to call ahead but ended up waiting 30 mins on a Saturday evening. When seated we started with the appetizer special with calamari, stuffed mushrooms and mozzarella sticks. I do love mushrooms but I wasn't a fan of these mushrooms. For my main meal I had the Mezzaluna: Half-moon ravioli with chicken, ricotta, romano and spinach in our tomato cream sauce. This was delicious and wow the sauce, I couldn't get enough! I soaked it all up with the bread. My friend had the chicken parmigiana with fettuccine alfredo, very large portion of food, We had plenty of food and two boxes were needed to bring the leftovers home. My husband had a steak sandwich with fries when asked if he wanted soup as well he said yes when we got the bill the bowl of soup was seven dollars. Now it's cold outside so you would think that the waitress would come over and say is everything OK? Both soups were cold, and since we were never checked we could not send it back .Our friends lunch was mediocre at best as well. Her soup was cold. The shrimp scampi came in a sludge sauce. Nothing I've ever seen before incredibly salty as well. The toast along with the shrimp scampi was just laden with salt and some sort of Italian spice. The waitress was hurried, even though it was not busy at all for lunch at 2:30 in the afternoon. I would not return. I was not happy at all with the level of service nor the items. My husband and I visited your Carrabba's in Lutz last night to commemorate our wedding anniversary and celebrate my new manager promotion. I've visited Carrabba's time after time to enjoy the food and ambience anytime there was a momentous occasion worth celebrating. This time I'm mortified by the quality of food that was served. I was unable to finish the Johnny Trio meal that I'd ordered and opted to take the rest of it home. Upon arriving home in better lighting, I opened my food container and began eating the rest of the chicken only to find that it was pink on the inner parts of the chicken breast. Not acceptable! The meat is clearly raw and not cooked all the way through. I gave two stars because the service was great however I can't get over being served raw chicken. read more

So why do a review for a big chain like Carraba's's? One, it was a neat, smaller Carrabbas layout with a much more modern twist. I had no idea they had sandwiches for lunch lol. And they were delicious! We split two sandwiches, one being a chicken Parmesan with a side salad, and the other being chicken Caprese sandwich with broccoli. Overall probably one of my better Carraba's's experiences. The place was new, clean, modern, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Again, I cannot say enough about those sandwiches, exceeded my expectations by a lot. It was just a chance that we stopped in to grab something at lunchtime. Sunday dinner at Carrabbas was great. So happy it finally opened as this location is much closer to me in Lutz (by the tampa outlets) than the other location in Lutz by the suncoast parkway. This restaurant is nestled right between Aussie Grill and Bonefish grill. Parking is a little challenging as it is a small lot for all of these restaurants. Hoping they'll add in near future. Our waitress Brianna was awesome and the owner Marc stopped by to check on us as he heard we were there celebrating my parents wedding anniversary. They did ask us when I called ahead and upon seating if we were celebrating anything. I told them both but not sure why they kept asking if nothing was complimentary on our bill. The food is always very good at Carrabbas. I've been to several locations and this is probably one of my favorite chain Italian restaurants. I ordered Polla Rosa Maria.
