Gretchen was the absolute worst bartender I've ever had. Go somewhere to spend 80 dollars on dinner and can't even get a draft beer poured. Then when I did get one it was the wrong beer, followed by my wife and I finishing our dinner asking for the check and then I magically got my correct beer. We will not be back and don't recommend ordering at all if you sit at the bar and the bartender introduces herself as Gretchen. She is not fetch! read more

I just hate how portions are so large ( like most restaurants) that I did not have room for the delicious looking desserts. Breaks my heart to do three stars. This was a weekly go-to for us. It started with the gnats, and then something was just gone. I will say, the wait staff has always been very good, and the same employees were there week after week. Then that to changed. Staff members were still working hard, but once we were seated in a booth where we could see into the staff area and read a very unprofessional message on a white board to servers about not pushing certain drinks and appetizers on customers. I asked the wait staff and they were a bit sheepish, but said, "Yes, and we don't like to do that." Like I said, hurts to see an old "go to" diminish. Maybe it's a change in management and values? The fettuccine Alfredo was really good, the bread was fresh Italian and it was amazing. The salad and soup were also good. I ordered Filet and Shrimp pasta and they give you 4 pieces of shrimp, half of a filet ( 4 small strips ) but you get a HEAPING amount of noodles that's impossible to eat. I pulled up the app prior of going, added i wanted Free appetizer and loved the value of 2 for 45 dinner with 3 course meal. there were 6 of us, some canceled, I told the waitress about the free appetizer and said my app wouldn't work, she said they were not giving that, and asked why we were there, and said a free desert, the menue for 2/45.00 , I asked about she said it was really small menue, and only brought one out, we again had to ask for it. I ordered Italian salad and spaghetti w/meatballs, others ordered a salad also, barely any dressing on any of them, and she acted like there was already dressing on them pointing them out, I got my meatballs one looked like chicken grinded up, and the texture was a raw uncooked meatballs, the sauce was warm and so was the over watered spaghetti that had soaked to long to keep warm , gross . so we ordered my free birthday cheesecake, and ordered our 1 dessert you get with the 2/45.00 dinner. she only brought one told me that was considered in my 2/45.00 and no deductions off of my dinner, we were so unhappy, my 60th and I could have gone anywhere else. the dogs will be happy with watered spaghetti, I left raw meatballs on the table, and she kept referring everything as beautiful well it wasn't, she's lucky to have gotten a tip. oh after we paid she said, she spoke to her manager and they said yes free appetizer, and told me to get it next time , but there will be no next time. so disappointed, maybe I'll contact BBB . read more

We had a small value gift card for Carrabba's, so we used it for lunch today. It's a strange, food-factory kind of place, with a limited Italian menu and fast food prices. The lunch menu is confusing, containing only a couple of specials, while the real full menu is the dinner menu, with portion sizes inappropriate for lunch. We had soup, salads, and a little dish of shrimp scampi without pasta. The food was all pretty good and it arrived immediately after we ordered it. The server was pleasant but pretty rough. Although we were driving and couldn't partake, I looked at the wine list, which offered good variety at fair prices, but the prices were very high relative to those of the food. The dining area was clean, attractive, new, and empty. Conclusion; a safe port in a storm when you can't find something better. Faint praise! read more

Upon walking inside the restaurant, there was no hostesses standing in waiting by the door to greet guests entering. The food was infinitely subpar and very disappointing to say the least upon arriving to our table. There were at least 8 hostesses standing in the door after we were seated at our table who just stood around staring at everyone and chatting about nothing important. The waiter made an initial attempt to be professional, which immediately turned into a purely stressed face and a " I don't give a **** attitude, (though he had assistance from other servers to cover all tables made responsible to him) The waiter we had never asked us how the food tasted or if we needed refills on drinks or anything else. Also the waiter had no table etiquette as he leaned over the table which included drinks to place dishes down ( who wants armpit sweat and lint in their drinks, along with fruit flies!, raise your hand) There were fruit flies flying through the air. The table was not cleared in a timely manner, as dishes brought to the tables were finished. And overall, I would NEVER recommend this restaurant to my WORST enemy. The entree looked so unappetizing, that I did not eat it, nor did I bother to complain as it seemed my food would either be spat on or sneezed on. I don't know WHO is giving this restaurant a 4.3 star rating, absolutely disgusting, and this is an HONEST opinion. This restaurant is NOT even close to 5 stars! First let me say... I am a Carrabba's fan. I was visiting from out of town, and have eaten at this location before. This particular evening my father was with me. I ordered the Chicken Marsala, and he order the Chicken Parm. I love Chicken Marsala - usually the chicken is moist and juicy with a delicious sauce loaded with mushrooms. My chicken had been grilled to death... it was dry as can be, with the texture of sawdust. I had approximately 2 tablespoons of sauce with very few slices of mushroom. Very disappointing, and I didn't even eat half of it. My fathers chicken parm looked decent in size, however he said he didn't care for it, and when I tasted it I could understand why. More of the same, completely overcooked and dried out, like shoe leather. The manager had been walking around towards the end of our meal, and stopped by the table to ask us how was everything. I hate complaining about a meal, but I had to let him know about mine. Otherwise, how can they fix the problem if they don't know about it? So I nicely told him about my chicken and how dried out it was, and we didn't bother to tell him about the other meal because we didn't want to look like a "karen". He took one look at mine and said he could most definitely see what I was talking about, and apologized for that. He then said he was going to take it off our bill, which was greatly appreciated. He was very professional in how he handled himself, and for that I will definitely continue coming to Carrabba's. Chefs can make mistakes, and unless they know they have been making one, they have no way to know they need to correct something. Next time though, I think I'll stick with the pasta read more

The only spice I detected was pepper. Way too much of it! Even the waitress acknowledged that the soup wasn't very good when she saw our bowls left more than half full. The Alfredo was quite blah.
