The first time she came there were a few places missed that were not clean, but I was home and able to show her the missing spots so she was able to clean them before she left. The second time she came a few weeks ago I was home but busy with work and wasn't able to take a thorough look around the house until a few hours later when my husband was home. It didn't look like any of the floors or stairs had actually been vacuumed, there was soap scum all over the master shower, and a thin layer of dust still on two of the bathroom counters. She offers a great cleaning price but not at the expense of having a dirty house still. I sent her a message and she offered to come back to clean again but I after I discussed with my husband we decided to pay more for a solid cleaning service instead of having her come back. We will not be using Sandra again.

I pointed out things that were still dirty like counter tops, baseboards, appliances, shower walls & much more. They spot wiped the areas I showed her (not the entire area that was still dirty. They left as I was recleaning almost everything they proposed to do. I chose this company because they had a checklist of work they perform, however, I think that was only for me to know what they intend to do. The workers had no idea about it because I did ask Graciela for it to check off what was done so she could see what was left to do. There was so much left incomplete. I'm a janitor's daughter. His supervisors had check lists & the employees had to make sure all was done before they left for the night. The amount I paid for a 1/1 move out clean should have left it perfect. The attitude & quality was seriously shameful. 1 star for communication with Maricela & 1 star for promptness.

When I called and first booked, I spoke to Diego and gave a heads up of our situation. My mom is…read morevery sick and I mentioned that we needed to do a deep clean on the house due to her cronic breathing issues. After everything was all said and done, we had an appointment on the day my mom was coming back home at 1pm. We arranged the ambulance to take her from the hospital to home and prepare to clean at that time (as we had no choice) and had set her up in another chair that was more challenging for her to sit in until the cleaners were done with that section of the house. THEY SHOWED UP 2 HOURS LATE. I ended up texting Usama asking what time the cleaners would come. If i didn't ask I would have never known they were coming 2 hours late!!! That means my mom would have to be in the chair for an additional set of hours. Fast forward the girls come, they were about to leave after two hours when they were supposed to be here 4 to 4 and a half hours.(time paid) I had to stop them before leaving and asked why they didn't even touch the big master bathroom. This was after we were going back and forth arguing about my mom having to get up because they mentioned that the floors would get dirty if they cleaned that room last. So we had to move my very sick mother into the living room so we can cater to their needs which infuriates me after thinking about it more. Especially since they ended up cleaning that area last anyways because they missed the entire master bathroom!! I checked around the house and there was dust all over the pictures and on top of surfaces everywhere. The poorest cleaning job I have ever seen in my life. And something that me and my family really needed due to my mom's condition. We asked why they didn't clean the ceiling fan and the cleaner answered, stating that they did not have the equipment to clean what was needed. I also noticed one of the workers seemed sick. And I saw her wipe her nose with one of the towels she was cleaning with and then began cleaning the kitchen surfaces. (On camera) I was so disgusted and angry that if I were to have said something I woukd have gotten into a fight. Disgusting and sloppy work on their end. My dad asked if either one of them felt sick to please let us know because my mom's is so sick herself. So the fact that I saw that really put me over the edge on top of a poor ass job. I called and spoke to Usama infuriated and told him the story. He kept offering to provide a redo of services even though I mentioned to him several times that my mom cannot be around the fumes in the same room. (Thus, another reason why we needed her in another room while cleaning). He kept asking if I wanted a redo and I kept saying no, until I just gave up and said, I'll call him back. A deep cleaning nightmare that led us nowhere and a few hundred dollars short with snot residue on the counters!

Deniece was able to help me out the very next day which was such a shock because, other companies wouldn't have been able to come out until next week. She was able to get into the spots that I didn't even realize, would have dirt and debris. My husband and I did help her as it was so last minute, and hellooo that IS my mess! It did take us 2 days to complete the job but she guided us on the easier tasks while she did the more meticulous ones. We even picked up some new tips on how to become a super cleaner haha!
