i have given the team at car-phone warehouse 1 star rating as it the lowest one can give.
shocking service, 0 customer care!!!! ,from a team who are useless and incompetent !!! serious that bad .
6mth phone on contract, switch on the side not working properly , told that it would be fix that day , came back that evening and was told that the man had-dent come in.
Try the following day and was told that the phone had to be sent away to be fixed, 2wks later!!!! and with a junk phone on loan .
I use the phone for business mainly .
got the phone back and they deleted all my, numbers & photos , messages !!!!!!!!
what were they thinking !
the phone has gone to factory settings .
there was no problems with software,,,,,,,,just a switch .
why couldn't any member think to check with the client before deleting all detail .
takes 2 seconds to save on us b stick ! et c..........they didn't even care.
and finally on looking at the phone i notice that they lost the stylist pen on the side of the phone ,they then and excuse me of keeping hold of the pen perversely before handing in the phone.
i said to the man , what would i want to hold on to a plastic pen for, Do they think because i am a lady that am that stupid !
so they are ordering another pen.how long is this going to take!!!!!!!!!
so so angry and helpless and up set from a team that don't care,
