Carpet Med did an AMAZING job at cleaning the carpet! I had dog pee odor and stains and after they came in, the carpet looks new as ever! They came in and went right to work and in less than an hour they handled it. I am so happy with how it came out. Now I can sleep in peace without worrying about the smell or stain. CarpetMed - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

I was referred to CarpetMed from a friend, and so happy they introduced me to CarpetMed! I booked my appointment online, got an instant email confirmation and a text message confirming the appointment for Saturday between 8am-10am. On Friday I called their customer service line to get more info about what to expect. The person that answered the phone picked up right away, was super friendly, and answered all of my questions. She told me that she personally has used CarpetMed and loved the results she had! On Saturday my appt. window was 8a-10a, and I received a text message at 7:50a that CarpetMed was enroute to my appointment! I was impressed that I was notified that they were on their way. Who knew that a carpet cleaning company could be so high tech? This was my first experience with them, but just from their service, it won't be my last! When they arrived, both of them were very friendly, and were dressed professional. On their website when I booked the appointment, I had selected 4 rooms, but Jesse came in and said it was actually about 3 rooms worth of cleaning and said that even though I selected for 4 rooms he would only charge me for 3. I needed to have our kitchen/living room area cleaned and the walkway hallways. I had guessed it was about 4 rooms but happy that he said he'd actually charge me for less. Never had that happen to me before, so I didn't argue! I also opted to do the grout sealer that they recommended since our grout looked black, and it's not supposed to. The combination of having 2 little toddler girls, friends over and the little dinner parties we have once in awhile had turned our once clean floors, into floors that looked like someone had gotten a handful of mud mixed it with dirt and spread it over our tiles. So I was really excited to see what magic CarpetMed could work! Magic they did! I didn't even recognize our floors after they worked their, I didn't know that was the actual color it was supposed to be! So happy with our tile cleaning that I also had them clean our big 12x10 area rug and that also came out great! Super impressed with the results! Would definitely recommend CarpetMed for anyone to use! You won't be disappointed! The results speak for itself! read more

I had CarpetMed come to my house to clean a severe stain in one of the rooms. I had tried myself to clean it up with a wetvac I own for my two kitties but it was impossible to get the stain to be removed. I called CarpetMed and the lady on the other end of the phone was very friendly and very helpful. She gave me a quote for the one room in question and the hallways and living room. Jesse and his partner were super professional and friendly. Jesse told me what to expect after the cleaning and I think it was better than expected. There was an odor that he told me could be treated and in fact it was. I totally recommend their service. They were on time, friendly, and professional. read more

Contacted CarpetMed for their assistance to clean and Scotchgard our carpets. We had a small window of time between the purchase of a new home and moving in, and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. I scheduled with Jessica and she was fabulous. She and I spoke multiple times in advance and texted to confirm everything. She was informative, and great to work with. Jesse arrived early, and made recommendations for our carpet that was in our favor and noticed we didn't need to do some of the additional services we requested were needed. I appreciate the both of them for their help and will definitely call them in the future! read more

Just have to say they went above and beyond for us. Having 2 dogs and a toddler, our carpet was in desperate need for a cleaning. I am pregnant and the scent after cleaning bothered my sensitive sense of smell. I called and they came the same day to do a rinse to help the odor bothering me. I can't say enough for their customer service. They are a small local family business and I would highly recommend them for carpet cleaning services. Thank you guys so much for the great job. Very very pleased with service and quality of work. They provided a quote before coming and then confirmed aftet seeing house. No bait and swith...very professional. Two gentlemen showed up on time. Had white booties to cover shoes and left new ones for me after while carpet dried! I liked the electronic confirmation of appt and follow up reminders. Beautiful new truck and state of art equipment. I walked them around the house showing them what I needed done and where some stained were. My carpets are 18 yrs old but in good shape. Had a few problem areas. They asked about if I knew what caused them then they pre treated. They moved some furniture- without complaining! Put plastic under feet of furniture after cleaning. All stains came out and more. My house is 2968 ft with stairs. Excellent job, fair price. read more

A terrific customer experience from start to finish. The CarpetMed Team listened clearly to my specific needs and request and followed up to see that what I asked for was delivered. They responded clearly from the initial call via email and text, confirmed the appointment time, and they were on-time and efficient. Additionally they were able to clean some of the tougher areas of my carpeting really well that another carpet cleaning service could not, and it has stayed looking new. Their services were also very fairly priced. I would confidently recommend Jennifer and her Team at CarpetMed to anyone in need of their cleaning services.
