Compared to other vendors, he was an expert in countertops, along with custom wall tiling, ddd and was excellent in his communication for both phone and email. He was thorough with his estimate and provided competitive quotes. When it came time to work, he was punctual and brought a crew with him to handle everything on the spot. He was exact with his measurements and did all of the tiling cutting on the spot in the driveway. The installation took a couple of days, which included the installation of a new sink, custom slabs for the counter top, as well as cut tiles all along the wall. The area was clean and the job even finished a day early. Within 2 months, I noticed that the caulk was starting to loosen beneath the tiles, which I was informed was a very normal occurrence even after a recent job. While i'm working to maintain it now, I do wish I was given a heads up to manage expectations.
