Great Work that Really Had Me FLOORed!…read more A renter recently left and as part of their agreement took care of restoring the floor of the leased industrial/commercial space where I work back to it's original state (painted). They contracted with Betnun's and arranged all of the details (so I can't speak to their pricing). The painters came and prepped the 3000 square foot floor (that's pretty big) including trim work next to the floor and painting electrical conduit. They did an excellent job of keeping their work area tidy, kept us well informed of their progress and state of the floor, and went out of their way to make sure that paint color matched. Consistent, smooth painting with precision trim work! A perfect example of leaving things better than when they arrived. Great job, Betnun's!

Hurricane Beryl Home Owners Beware! Estimates are not free!…read more The workmen showed up smelling like marijuana. Then he proceeded to tell me he was going to charge me 1 thing & the insurance company another to "help me out". That's insurance fraud! I was told he would check out what was damaged. The next thing I knew he was charging me $200 for a tarp. I did not ask for that! I asked for an estimate for the damage to be repaired. Stay sharp, everyone. This company definitely pulled a fast one!

I will be contacting this company again very soon. Their work is fantastic!…read more I moved into my new home the latter part of May of this year. It was so beautiful, but the walls just didn't sit well with me. The colors didn't pop. I contacted a company my friend told me about first because she had been using them for years. I did a test run with the walls in my bathroom and the cabinets. I was so disappointed. The color was not what we agreed on and it took them two weeks to finish due to different issues popping up. I was fed up and contacted T&J Renovations after a quick google search. I sent them a message to get a quote and got a response within 5 minutes. They came out the same day to look over everything and we scheduled something for the following day. They were on time, friendly, and finished the same day...which is what I had expected from the previous company, but anywho...they were great! This company really turned my frown upside down. Even their prices were better than the previous company my friend told me about. Fast, friendly, efficient...what more can you ask for? I recently contracted K&HD to remodel my home. Things began well but quickly went bad…read more Subcontractors failed to show up as scheduled and I was rarely communicated with. I had to chase them for status and follow-up. The project took 4 months to complete with workers at my home less than 1/3 of the time. Work quality was poor and I had to QA the work. Agreed to rework was not completed. I contacted K&HD and informed them that I would have the balance work completed by others after giving them over 4 months to finish. Needless to say, I did not agree to pay for unfinished work. After expressing my discontent, KH&D sent me an invoice with outrageous costs for "changes" that they failed to communicate/get approval of in advance. They have failed to send anyone or communicate with me to rectify the situation other than the project manager who was originally assigned the work. My original intent was for K&HD to complete the balance of my remodel; however that plan changed when they failed to perform satisfactorily. I am very disappointed as I had high hopes for K&HD originally.
