From start to finish, their service was exceptional. They were incredibly flexible and accommodating while scheduling and had appointments available as early as the next day. Matty and David were super friendly and took the time to explain the services and pricing... they even offered a deal to do several treatments in one visit, so we I went ahead and had them clean not only carpets, but area rugs, tile, and my couch! The guys that came to do the work were friendly and answered all my questions - they even moved some of my furniture to ensure all the areas were treated! The end results were fantastic! With two big, hairy fur-babies, there is no shortage of dog hair and dust traipsed into the house (and onto the furniture) - Carpet Police got everything beautifully clean and fresh smelling! I've been using Carpet Police for years and I am always glad when I call them! When schedule the appointment, I talk to a friendly person who gives me options of days and times that are convenient for me. When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. My kitchen grout changed for the better after you guys were done last time. I'm pretty sure it was 2 shades lighter. I'll keep on calling you! read more

We scheduled an appointment nearly a week ago at 12pm Wednesday to clean three rooms. On the day scheduled, only a couple of hours before our appointment they called and said they'd be 2 hours late due to a larger job. Well 2 hours later I called to see if they were coming, and they told me in about 30 minutes or so. I called the office and they blew me off and never called back. Guess we weren't worth their time. Do NOT call on Carpet Police. Very bad service! When technician finally arrived, I sent him on his way! You'd make a mistake calling these people. BTW, the discount was given to us when the job was booked, NOT because they were late! We are Real Estate agents who have referred these people many times. I called your office TWICE to either find out when they were coming or to reschedule. TWICE you said you'd call back, and you didn't. Please tell the truth when you respond to complaints or reviews! We have had the Carpet Police cleaning our carpets since 2021. We have always been pleased. On 11/15/24, the technicians did an especially fantastic job!!! We have older, light-colored carpets and have problems with traffic patterns quickly becoming visible after cleaning. THIS time, the technicians "went heavy on entry ways" and there is still no visible difference to the rest of the carpeting, after a month! Amazing job! Went above and beyond for what originally was an upholstery work order. The two guys who showed up did not have all the proper things for my carpet repair but since I was the last job decided to run to Ace to get glue so they could repair my carpets. I had 2 holes where my cat decided to try to escape and they took care of the aesthetically unpleasant appearance. Called and they came the next day. Amazing job on my entire apartment at a great price! The gentleman who came to clean my carpet was very friendly and helpful in addressing any questions I had about care. He even left a bottle of solution to take care of any future problem spots. They place corner guards to protect the walls in my rental, and gave me a pair of shoe covers. The carpet was not left extremely wet and dried faster than I expected with the AZ heat and all of my windows open. Highly recommend Carpet Police. Jesus and his assistant called to gain permission to arrive early. When they arrived, they took my request into consideration by paying extra attention to specific areas of the carpet. They were respectful of the legs of my wood furniture by putting barriers to avoid damage from the equipment and the damp carpet once the cleaning was complete. I had Duct cleaning done on my home and the one technician that they sent instead of 2 was very irritable and I felt unsafe. He kept complaining that he couldn't get the vents off and they were screwed on. I said that I don't know what to tell you, maybe call your boss. He snapped at me that he felt rushed for some reason. I never said anything. They he kept getting annoyed that he was losing screws to the vent, kept leaving my doors open when I said not to because of my pets. Didn't protect anything with a tarp or anything under the vents, let the dust get all over my beds and furniture. Then he got annoyed with my robot vacuums cleaning up the floor mess that he made. I noticed after he left, all of the vents were closet after putting them back on. When it went to pay I told the worker that the company offered a 15% off from being 2 hours late last week and he said that they did extra vents for me that weren't on the estimate and that he wasn't leaving until he got payment. I called the company then. If you want a grouchy, irritable, messy duct cleaning service, these are your people. I called to tell the company and they said that is one of their best guys. I hate to see the other employees. read more

I'm due with my second baby any day now and decided that we needed to have our couches and area rugs cleaned before he arrives. I've also noticed that my toddler has some allergies so I inquired about getting her shag area rug in her room cleaned, as well. The gents from Carpet Police were definitely the right folks for the job! My huge sectional and two regular sized couches are clean as they've ever been (probably cleaner) and my rugs literally look brand new (and maybe even a different color entirely). They were polite, friendly, and professional and also very cognizant of COVID restrictions especially since I'm pregnant. The price was also incredibly reasonable.
