6 years later, still zero stains have reappeared.

I am honored to be the first one that reviews this company and quite frankly In shock that no one has taken the time to do so. I LOVE LOVE the outstanding job Mathew did for us I have to say he's not a cheap steamer from the penny saver but he is worth every Pennie we have a old carpet and I never thought it could be brought back to life the personal touch , detail and professionalism is one that it's hard to find now A days. The best equipment not to mention a real ambulance which had my neighbors walk up to see if everything was okay only to read the truck and see that it was actually a carpet medic. Lol when I came home from work I even found plastic hospital booties to walk around right on my door. Wow. No need because carpet was dry but I'm still walking around cause I want to keep my carpet beautiful he also clean the grout on my kitchen all I can say is wow. Thank you read more

Matt came out to my house last week to clean my hardwood, granite and marble flooring. I was not sure what to expect. I have two young boys who wear cleats in the house and love sliding around on the floors, so needless to say they were pretty trashed. I was beyond shocked at how great all my flooring turned out. It honestly looked like I had my hardwood floors redone. They did such an amazing job. Besides the fact they do amazing work both Matt and Jenny are so friendly and easy to work with. read more

We hadn't had the carpets cleaned since installing them years ago. Having brown carpet really lets you lag on cleaning as the dirt just doesn't show as much. But, when you get food and wine spilled, you really can't hide that anymore and it's time to call Carpet Medic! Matthew showed up on time (and confirmed and texted he was on the way!). Wonderful, nice, hardworking gentleman who does what he says. Matt knows his job, knows the science behind what he does and makes sure you understand why he is worth every penny! The carpets have been restored to their like new condition, the house smells great, and I don't have to be embarrassed about the stains in the living room. The price was fair and affordable. The best part of this experience is Matt's pride in service; both customer service and a job well done. I can't say enough about this great guy and his craft...do yourself a favor and call Matt! You know you need your carpets cleaned.... read more

I have just found the most amazing carpet cleaner and believe me when I tell you I have tried many. Carpet Medic made the carpets in a house I am staging look amazing. From filthy dirty to looking brand new, Matt did a thorough job throughout the house. I was shocked at the price because I expected it to be much higher, but he told me he kept his prices fair so people could afford to clean the carpets at least twice a year. At his price you could clean them every three months and not spend what you might at one of the chain cleaners. read more

This place 100% deserves five stars. I would give them 10 if I could. First of all, such incredible customer service. I love supporting small business owners, independently owned places. The customer service you get is typically heads above the rest. I got a phone call with a heads up that he was running late, then when he arrived, I got a second sincere apology & then he gave me a discount off my total for being late. So incredibly nice to have someone value my time like that. It can be rare to find people/companies that value their word and when things are out of their control they take responsibility and handle it. I left while he was cleaning the carpets, came back and was BLOWN AWAY by how good the carpets look. I would swear while I was gone he didn't clean them, he installed brand-new carpet!!! I can't get over how clean they look.... And I have white carpet that doesn't hide anything. The carpet looks like new and they were incredibly stained from my pets. I am completely shocked by what an incredible job he did. I would recommend them to anyone. I don't think it's common to find work done with such care and precision, every little thing I asked for was taken care of. I'm very thankful and satisfied doesn't begin to describe the quality of work! read more
