Delicious food, great company, and all around great service with a nice view. Would definitely recommend this place. If you wanna try something different and new cause you would never know a place like this would have such delicious food.

We came here before the Luke Combs concert and I really appreciated we were sat right away for a party of 4 while everywhere else was about a 45 mins wait. However, it did end up taking quite long to get our drinks once we did sit down but that is to be expected on a day like that. Sadly, the drinks weren't great especially for $15 a pop. Tasted of cheap alcohol and the beer we ordered was sent out warm. I would have to say the best thing about this place was the French fries! They were awesome. The burger came out incorrect from how I ordered it with a few modifications and quite rare. I wish the server would have asked how I would have liked it cooked, however again I know she was busy. All in all, I wouldn't come back for anything other than the fries!

I came here for my boyfriends brothers birthday and I was so happy we came here! The service was great and Veronica was outstanding! The food was flavorful. I can't wait to return!

This was my second time going to carousel and it definitely won't be my last! The first time I went was on a Saturday last June for my birthday and they were amazing. They allowed me to make my reservations ahead of time and the waitress was very attentive during the entire event. We were able to switch tables at the end to better accommodate our guests and that was nice as well. This time I went during the week and at dinner time. The waitress was amazing. Especially because she was the only staff at work and she was the bartender as well. Both times I tried a lot of different food. I did enjoy the cheeseburger eggrolls in the sauce you dip it in! the burger and fries is amazing too. No complaints here about this business. It is always clean and it always has some fun music to listen to.

The server Lexi was so sweet and accommodating! Each meal comes with a lot of food!! We also got appetizers and our fav was the wings and flatbread! The best part was the music that was a combo of hip-hop, old school, r&b, reggaeton and today music.

Fun place for drinks but the food was awful. I ordered the pizza and the dough was uncooked. And food is over priced.

My first visit was on 8/22/25 for their healthcare night, where showing your healthcare job badge would get you an additional free raffle ticket from Cocina Hangouts (local food truck), on top of the free raffle ticket you could've received by following them on Instagram. Kind of underwhelming lol, but it did the job of attracting my party of 3 to the bar. I tried the Sweet Cheeks, which was sweet and unique and refreshingly light. The next time I stopped by was the very next day 8/23/25 for their Super Smash Bros tournament of up to 32 players, $10 buy-in, and cash prize (and other prizes for 2nd and 3rd place). There was 1 set-up with a large projector and 2 MC's. This was my first Smash tournament, but I didn't get to stay long due to work the next day, and I didn't purchase a drink. The event was very lively and crowded, and I wished I stayed longer! Will be back to participate/spectate another tournament. Overall lively dive bar that can provide a fun but chill night out! I'm also looking forward to taking advantage of their Monday-Friday 2-6p HAPPY HOUR if I have the chance.

We made a reservation online ahead of time just in case there was a rush, and we were glad we did. The restaurant is conveniently located in the Park West Plaza area, surrounded by several other businesses, and there was plenty of parking available. Upon arrival, the hostess was warm, friendly, and welcoming. She checked us in promptly and escorted us to our table right away. Our server, Laura, was absolutely outstanding. She was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to enjoy providing great customer service. She answered all of our questions about the menu and drink options, kept our beverages refilled, and cleared our plates promptly without us ever having to ask. Laura truly helped make our dining experience exceptional. Although the restaurant was moderately busy due to the World Cup game, we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly our food arrived. Everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. For our meal, we ordered: * Two Chicken Sandwiches with fries and ranch on the side * A Jammed Up Burger cooked well-done with extra Jammed Up toppings served on the side The food was excellent. The chicken sandwiches were flavorful, and the fries were perfectly prepared. The Jammed Up Burger was also delicious. Our only minor suggestion would be that the Jammed Up sauce could be blended a bit smoother, as it was somewhat chunky. However, the flavor was still fantastic. One of our favorite features is the Happy Hour, which is offered seven days a week. We understand it runs from approximately 2:30 or 3:00 PM until 5:30 PM and then returns again from 8:00 PM until closing. Happy Hour includes select appetizers and drinks, making it a great value. There was a small discrepancy regarding the rotating cocktail pricing. Our server mentioned it was $5 during Happy Hour, while the menu listed it at $7. We're not sure if the pricing recently changed or if there was simply a misunderstanding, but it may be worth clarifying for future guests. The atmosphere was one of the highlights of our visit. The décor is beautiful, modern, and inviting. There is ample outdoor seating, which would be especially enjoyable during cooler evenings. The patio area features televisions and games, creating a fun and relaxed environment for groups and families. We also noticed what appeared to be a setup for live music. While we're not certain which days performances take place, it would be wonderful to see live music offered regularly on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. Overall, the service, food, atmosphere, and overall vibe were excellent. Laura provided outstanding customer service, and every aspect of our visit made for a memorable afternoon. We will definitely be returning and look forward to our next visit.

Last night we went for dinner and the service was absolutely awful. The food wasn't great. I feel like this building was built on an Indian burial ground because nothing seems to survive here. The atmosphere is great. The patio music is insanely way too loud. There were only two tables with people at it so we asked if the music could be turned down a smidge as we could not hear one another at all. We were not accommodated. We ended up having to leave as beautiful as it is. I don't know if our waitress was new, but she kind of argued with my friend when she asked for warm chicken on her jalapeño Caesar. She said she didn't know if that was something they can do and I just blurted out give her warm chicken on her salad and then when her salad came, it was literally drenched in Caesar dressing. A quarter of the bowl was full as if someone forgot to actually put the salad in the bowl. My friend had to actually ask for a bowl of salad so that she can fill up the bowl and soak up the drenched salad that was sitting in the bowl. My Chicken Caprese wasn't bad but it was wrapped in very wilty lettuce that just looked gross. The french fries felt extremely hard and stale at the same time. The chicken was so tough when I was cutting it, my french fries were falling on the floor and all over the table. We sat with dirty dishes for quite a long time could not find our waitress. I will never go back here. I don't anticipate it will be open for very long. Hubby ordered the Spicy Vodka pasta. His roll was soggy as it came on the pasta (sauce) He wanted to ask for cheese but not one staff member was around to ask for the entirety of our meal. He was done before we saw our waitress again. I should have known when it was 6pm and we were able to secure a 645 reservation. Whoever owns this place should be there every day for a month and regulate what is happening there

Based on the photos online, it looked like the perfect place for our group to gather. I confirmed my reservation through both the email and text reminders. On the day of our reservation, another partner agency happened to be in town and wanted to join us. Since the website wouldn't let me modify the reservation, I called four times after they opened to see if I could add a few more people. Unfortunately, no one ever answered the phone. We decided to arrive early and ask in person. The Service When we arrived, the restaurant was absolutely packed. The hostess told us we were welcome to walk through the bar to see if we could find a table ourselves, but that they were extremely busy and likely wouldn't have anything available. After looking around, we came back and asked if the patio was an option since the misters made it surprisingly comfortable despite the Arizona heat. We were told the patio was for reservations only. When I reminded the hostess that we had a reservation, the explanation suddenly changed to, "We're on an event menu tonight." She handed me the menu while I stood at the host stand, walked away, and never really explained what that meant for our reservation or whether we would actually be seated. When she returned, instead of offering a wait time or another solution, she suggested we try Thirsty Lion down the sidewalk instead. At that point, it became clear that our reservation wasn't going to be honored. Parting Thoughts I completely understand that restaurants get busy, especially during major events. What disappointed me wasn't the crowd--it was having a confirmed reservation, receiving multiple confirmation requests, making several unanswered phone calls beforehand, and ultimately being left without a table or a meaningful explanation.
