Definitely steer clear of the mimosas unless you want WARMZ CHAMPAGNE AND WARM JUICE. They pre-make the mimosas and they just let it sit there in pitchers NOT In ice nor the fridge. Just sits on the bar top until someone needs a refill, made me sick to my stomach will never order mimosas again, awful. The bartenders are pretty forgetful and the drinks are pricey. I would like to first start off by saying this was my first time at this place and second time at westgate. Worst experience I have ever received. The waiter was amazing until the checks came, it's almost like she forgot the basics. She had all of our check half right then completely messed them up. I was charged twice for something I didn't order. As many of our other guest were also. The security was harassing us to leave and we had not even paid. We could have easily left but stayed to paid. The fact that security at the end said they wouldn't miss us put me over. The fact we came here to celebrate a birthday and left being harassed. How could this be possible? We will not be coming back and vocalizing our concerns. Emma our server was really great until the end and completely forgot how to split checks. I am requesting a refund for one of the charges that was not mine and for your security to be able to communicate with the servers and let them do their job without pressure to avoid issues that we experienced tonight. read more

I went to the mens bathroom because the woman's one had a line. There was not one man in the restroom, so my friend and I snuck in. Not only did we come out of the stall to three security guards, we were also kicked out! This is the place to be on the weekend! Me and my girlfriend go almost every Sunday for there bottomless mimosas! Do yourself a favor and ask for shianne when you go. go here for drinks, loud music to the point of no conversation and games. food was very disappointing and mediocre. I ordered the hangover burger and there was hard pieces through out and they threw on a egg, tomato and literally two little jalapeño slices. It was like a burger from jack n the box but even jack in the box has better ingredients on their burger and for 10 bucks less hahaha. our server was great! for me that was the only part that made it worth it. very sad i spent 16 bucks on something i ended up spitting out. read more

Wow...just wow. If you are going for an "arcade experience" do Not go. Mind you, I grew up in the 80's, so that is what I was looking for in arcade games. Read on if you want details, if you just want to know if this is a place to go for arcade fun, you have your answer. Also, good to note is that I think I have made at the most 3 reviews in my 50 years of life, and this experience is still annoying me two weeks later...My husband and I were on a date night and I had this completely random urge to play arcade games (haven't done in 10+ years). I knew of one that was far from where we live (Goodyear), so I looked up to see if there were any on our side of town and found this place. We were nearby having dinner at Jalapeño Inferno (A-mazing 1st experience there!) and so we popped over to Westgate. We had already had a couple of drinks and dinner so we weren't there for either of those reasons. For games there were 2 pinball, 2 ski ball ((not an arcade game), 2 basketball shooter (not an arcade game) and maybe 1 other game that was so insignificant I don't remember what it was.... Puh -leeeazze!!! So there is that. To back up though, when we walked in, the hostess was very nice, though was confused that we said we were only there to play games. As we walked in, we noticed several open tables still littered with empty glasses. The place was huge, and spacious but it was weird; it was as though they were selling off stuff, like an estate sale, and were down to the last few furnishings and items. Weird analogy, I know, but that is what I immediately felt. Anyway after getting tokens from the vending machine we went to the bar for waters. We only waited five minutes before deciding to just hit the games without waters. That is when it hit us - there were essentially no games. If we hadn't already put money in we would have left. We should have looked around more intentionally before getting tokens. Anyway, no one ever came around to ask if we wanted anything, we didn't really, so ultimately that was fine, but still...Maybe there is no service there unless you are at a table or the bar, as we were just at the 2 pinball machines. Anyway, to top it off, the roof was leaking right next to where we were at the pinball machines and nothing was being done about it. There was a "wet floor", sign, so at least there was that, but it was not needed as the water on the floor was spread so far that the customer would see it before the sign (we did). I was literally dumbfounded that there wasn't at least a bucket under the constant dripping. Even if there wasn't a bucket in-house a large beer glass should have been attempted and changed out as needed. This puddle was that huge and still going! I literally commented to my husband at least a few times how unbelievable it was that no employee (MANAGER) was addressing this issue. We were there for about 20-30 minutes and no staff came over to check out this situation as the water crawled closer to our feet. I was in food service from high school through college and I would bet that any one of my managers would have even gone as far as sending someone to the store to get a bucket if there wasn't one in-house - or something appropriate-to use. This water issue was that bad. Anyway, I am giving two stars instead of one because I can't judge on the food, or really the service, since we didn't outwardly make ourselves know (though I stand by that excellent customer service would be someone coming over to see if we wanted anything). The place was virtually empty being only 6:30. Oh well. I wanted it to meet my craving for arcade games, but obviously I didn't. I met a girlfriend at Castles & Coasters (my go to place in the 80's) last night to play Pac-Man, Millipede, Astroids,etc., so I am good for another 10 years. Awful service, broken games and marginal food! Waited twenty minutes to get to order our waters and cocktails, and about another ten minutes to be informed that our drink orders couldn't be filled because they lacked supplies. I always assumed that appetizers would come with side plates for sharing, but we had to eat over our napkins. The plates did come towards the end of the meal after the second time asking for them. Their limited selection of games was further reduced by the fact that some of the two player games only had one functional player, would have been nice to see a posted sign letting us know. A simple apology and recognition of the sub par service would have gone a long way. Do yourself a favor and wait a little longer for yard house or Dave&Busters. read more

I ordered their Tennessee Hot Chicken sandwich and what I got was 2 chicken tenders with a little dry rub on a bun. It looked nothing like the picture, was not even close to a full chicken breast. I've been here a few times now. The atmosphere is great! I recommend this to all my friends who want to go out to Westgate. I sat at the bar both times I was there. Our bartender was Gabi and we think she is the best bartender they have. She is very attentive and knows how to make her drinks correctly unlike some of the other bartenders.
