Banana peppers give it a slice kick with a medium salsa and sour cream side to mix in. Exellent dinner salad option. The chicken parm meal comes with spaghetti or ziti and is a large portion. You can also get the chicken parm as a sandwich if you prefer. Breakfast, lunch and dinner service. A local non-profit hosts an annual fund raiser here: a percentage of all meals eaten on a specific day goes to the non-profit organization. The restaurant does this often with local groups. I was so excited to have been able to secure tickets to the advance screening to see Wicked and it was my first time at Avon Cinema. Avon Cinema is a historic movie theatre located on Thayer Street since 1938. The movie theater specializes in the exhibition of films from foreign, independent and documentary films. There is only 1 screen and more/less 460 seats. Staff were very friendly and welcoming us to the cinema. Wicked was an awesome movie and I highly recommend everyone to check it out! Avon Cinema is a beautiful authentic cinema, but the seat I was in was a bit uncomfortable and missing cushion.

The venue itself is beautiful, especially the theater. The seats are as you would expect - velvety and small. The sound and lights were great. I really enjoyed the show. I will say that at times, I felt distracted - it seemed like the audience was louder than I expected - especially with the snack bags. Oh well, what can you do At intermission the women's bathroom was a little bit of a you know what. But this seems to be a common problem with older theaters. We were here for Sean Healey's Celtic Christmas show earlier this week, and it was a great experience. AS the Brown University shooter was still at large, it was comforting to see an increased police presence at the show - The theatre is in a "good" neighborhood with no reason for extra security, but given the recent events it was great to see they were taking their patrons' safety seriously. The seats in the theatre are very comfortable and even have cup holders. It's a small to medium sized venue and there's not a bad seat in the house! It is connected to a lounge/bar, so there are plenty of drinks available that youc an take in to the concert area. Bathrooms are plentiful, and are on the same level as the seating area, and there is a large paring lot across the street behind Cranston City Hall that is free for concert goers to use in the evenings. At the time of my visit the performance space was fully built but some of the other spaces (restrooms) were still being finished. RI Spirits is on the lower level of the building, and they've graciously sponsored the concession stand, meaning that during intermission you can get Rhodium vodka or gin (with a mixer) along with soft drinks, or sweet and salty snacks. The Burbage Theatre Company is already an important contributor to the Pawtucket arts scene, with free Shakespeare (and the hysterical Complete Works, which still counts) in the city spaces like the Guild over the past two summers. We saw the very funny The School for Lies today, and the rest of the line-up for this 9th season looks equally exciting. I'm looking forward to a fabulous season from an energetic and engaging company.

I'm a member and my husband and I go several times a month to see new releases as well as repertory cinema. The Stadium lineup usually consists of a few musicals per season, several tribute bands, comedians, popular singers from years past, and they also seasonal favorites such as "A Christmas Carol" and "It's a Wonderful Life" radio show. There is 0 reason you wouldn't drive 6 minutes away to north Attleboro and go to their showcase deluxe. The seats here are regular old chairs and are ok, but for the exact same price why wouldn't I want a recliner and a better food selection and cleaner facilities with more staff????
