I would give ZERO stars if possible…read more It's really sad to see such a talented person act so nasty. Failure to keep confidentiality, misnaming clients, and attempts to desecrate people's character on Facebook live and wishes bad luck upon them. I feel incredibly harassed due to the way Robyn kept messaging me and calling my phone only to be rude to me. I'm always the person to try and give people grace because everyone has a bad day but this is ridiculous.

Rachel was booked to blend the extensions with my daughter's natural hair, since the owner didn't do that. Rachel stated the extensions were done wrong and she couldn't blend them and then proceeded to cut my daughters own hair after being repeatedly asked NOT to cut her own hair. Rachel was well aware my daughter was trying to grow her own hair out from damage done by another salon. my daughter left in tears. DO NOT TRUST THESE LADIES WITH YOUR HAIR. Would give 0 stars but that is not an option.

It practically didn't show up when I got medium and dark was basically no different. I asked for double dark or 2 layers and they wouldn't give it to me even with an unlimited membership. What is the point of unlimited if it's not actually unlimited? I then went in store to cancel my membership because you can't do it online and clearly said I wanted to cancel my membership. I signed a form and thought I was good to go. I then checked my account to see that I was still going to be billed on the first of the next month. I called to see why my account wasn't cancelled and they said it was frozen, meaning I was still going to be billed every month (a smaller fee). They told me I would have to go back in store to cancel my account which is absurd since I already went in store to cancel it. Why I can't cancel my account online or over the phone is beyond me.
