I have Been a customer of this tanning salon for 4 years, and could never find another place like…read morethis one. It's relaxed atmosphere just sets it off, not to mention the verity of options to choose from, not only do they have tanning, but they have fit body rap,red light therapy, and the tanning is high quality, and by far 100 times better and cheaper than ultra tan, super tan, ect. They have student discounts, and the lotions are half the price of other tanning salons. The woman that owns it, runs it herself, she is a good Christian woman, and so sweet she is. I have found myself to stop by just to sit around and chat for a while, even if i do not need to tan! Over all, amazing place, and SUPER affordable!!!

I have been a loyal member for 20 years plus, literally! I usually start up from early Spring…read morethrough September. I don't care about spray tan or the high pressured beds. My preference has always been the level one and I get a great tan! Its a turn off to pay the $29 member fee every year. Secondly, I was getting the $16.99 package and they said their prices went up to $50 and still they want the $29 fee. I was always told that if you do packages above the entry level, then it's waived. The girls get commission from it and can't tell if they could really waive it or not. So anyway, its almost June and I had to skip April and May because the significant increase! Ultra tan management should be able to understand that regardless, my preference is level one. The start up fee and freezing your membership is very silly and they should really consider doing away with it. Abd lastly, I can never understand why the staff at all Ultra Tan does not engage in remembering their loyal customers name! It shows you value my business and creats a welcoming community vibe. It was not easy to get an appointment in the afternoon. I would workout in the early mornings, but I couldn't tan then because their workers don't come in until late. I wish they had someone officially there at 5am. A few times I had a hard time getting my card to read and open the door...that annoyed me, but luckily someone would come along and let me in (after seeing my card). Last, it does get busy in the morning, so you do have to wait on some machines, but it's not that bad. I'm hoping to rejoin now that we are back...but only if my granddaughters can come in and wait on me. I'm going to find that out. Im 2 ft from the owner. She never says a word. Once I leave I get a text saying I smelled like substance. But I didnt. This old man flirting with the owner didnt like how I looked and the fact I didnt act like his buddy when he spoke. So the text ​says I cant smell like substance they wanna make it comfortable for everyone. So i ask why isnt it a problem for the ones that come in smelling of poor hygiene. And i mean its bad. Whole gym stinks. The message also said that I can have drink in the sauna and poor it in the floor? Like what? I was clearly sweating. I smelled the Marijuana too. But it aint my place to tell grown people how to smell. The lil girl that owns it seem to be some lil spoiled girl whos dad bought her a gym. Theyll be sued and out of business soon. The place smells. Its small. The equipment is old. Very old. Crunch is cheaper and 6x as big. Several red beds. A huge sauna and most importantly, they dony slander or judge u. Save your money or go elsewhere and get your money's worth!!
