Rachel was booked to blend the extensions with my daughter's natural hair, since the owner didn't do that. Rachel stated the extensions were done wrong and she couldn't blend them and then proceeded to cut my daughters own hair after being repeatedly asked NOT to cut her own hair. Rachel was well aware my daughter was trying to grow her own hair out from damage done by another salon. my daughter left in tears. DO NOT TRUST THESE LADIES WITH YOUR HAIR.
