My appointments never take 30min unless the person don't know what they are doing! Then they have a 15min speeding wax option on their website but stated none of their employees that are in today can do the 15min wax! Why?! Everyone should know how to complete a wax fast. That doesn't even make sense! I've been coming here for a few years but today was the last straw and I will never return. I felt like she was applying a lot of wax, further in than usual, but then thought I was paranoid. When she handed me the mirror, it was immediately obvious my brows were messed up. When I said they were uneven, she acted surprised and said she didn't see where they were uneven. My right eyebrow is shorter and a different shape than my left!! Luckily it was my first (and only) time there, so I didn't have to pay for the brow wax anyway. I've never had my brows messed up like this, and now I have to start a new job Monday being self-conscious about them. The positives: the atmosphere is nice, front desk was nice, pricing isn't bad, and the wax is the kind that doesn't break my sensitive skin out into a million bumps. The negatives: see photo
