I purchased a series of three Tixel treatments to help tighten under eyes and diminish bags. The…read morefirst treatment was very mild with minimal skin reaction. The second treatment was more invasive with a good amount of redness, swelling, stamp markings and micro-crusting. The third session yielded practically no skin reaction at all, plus I did not feel much heat at all during the session. When I asked the provider about this, she said she used the same parameters on the third session as the second session. So, I asked AI a number of times as well as some other Tixel providers I know. All said that it was not biologically possible to have had the same parameters on my third treatment without any skin reaction to the thermal energy produced. They all said it defied the laws of physics, yet the provider said they were all wrong. I kindly asked for a re-do and was turned down with polite condescension. So, either the third session was a misfire or my skin miraculously became immune to any thermal high-heat energy. In any event, it was a very disappointing experience as I was hoping to see more of an improvement as well as a thermal reaction on the last session. I had the same skin provider in my last home for over 30 years. I am a very loyal and good customer when I find a provider that gives me good service. I recently moved to another State and was hoping this provider to be mine for the next years of my life. The pictures I sent her clearly showed no skin reaction, but she said that sometimes occurred. It didn't add up. Instead of handling me with a 15 minute redo and then garnering my patronage for years to come, she decided I was not worth her time. I am a performer with decades of headlining on the LV strip as well as national TV features. I need to keep up my appearance for work. And, I could have gotten her many new clients. I just feel very sad at how I was mishandled. She made me feel like a complainer instead of having a valid concern. It was just a very wrong indication. Please do your research on Tixel prior to having any sessions. Find out the protocols for what you are wanting handled. And make sure you get the skin reaction stated for each. I wish I had done my research prior to this experience. Live and learn...

DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO AVOID THE OWNER, MEGAN, AND THIS PLACE IN GENERAL. I had 90 min therapeutic massage and only received 45 mins the first day and I call to schedule another appointment and the owner tells me that Megan had waited for 45 mins before I got my first session and that they don't owe me anything. I WAS NEVER 45 mins LATE. Before I was able to speak the owner just hangs up on me. What place waits for their customer for 45 mins without cancelling the appointment to begin with? Also, what place deduct the wait time from the service that people paid for? I went up to the place and told them that I was originally 7 minutes late (I clearly remember), and Megan lies to my face that I was 25 mins late. (So at first I'm 45 mins late and now it's 25 lolll) And they started yelling at me and told me to leave. They would not listen to me and just told me to leave. They even called the COPS on me because I wouldn't leave without my money back. They didn't give a damn about what I had to say. What kind of business gives their word (even with a signature on my receipt) and changes their mind and don't even tell me about it? I understand now that she was not supposed to offer me a split sessions but that's their problem, not mine. As a paying customer it was the worst experience I've had as a customer in general including ALL industry. They are also VERY RACIST. When the owner was calling the cops on me, she described my race as HISPANIC to have them come quicker. I am the furthest person from being or looking or sounding like Hispanic in any way possible. My first experience with Megan though, the massage wasn't that great at all, but I tipped her $10 because she seemed nice. However, I was just really shocked how rude and insane she was. I've worked in a service industry for years myself. This was way over the limit. The owner lady gave me the money back at the end and a hug. The lady seemed like a sweet lady, but it's absolutely terrible business practice letting the new girl (Megan) ruling the place as she pleases and treating the customers like this. If you still want to try this place, I'm not stopping you, but good luck with that.
