Failure to keep confidentiality, misnaming clients, and attempts to desecrate people's character on Facebook live and wishes bad luck upon them. I feel incredibly harassed due to the way Robyn kept messaging me and calling my phone only to be rude to me. Claire worked with me to figure out the right color for me and hand wrote me instructions on how to care for the color post-tan! The tan was beautiful and definitely boosted my confidence!
