Morgan Davis absolutely ruined my hair, my scalp, AND the extensions for my WEDDING DAY!! Nothing has been done to rectify the situation or get me money back on the POS hair she ordered. After moving from Greensboro North Carolina, I was looking for a place that could do my hair but not like everyone else's hair. I ran into a gal at a Mexican restaurant with a great hairstyle and color and she told me her stylist was Brandy at Vault in the Square. I sought her out almost immediately. I told her I wanted to grow my gray out but I wanted to have a blue hue to my hair. She booked me and was able to take the prior color out and put a miraculous silver-blue in my hair with the best hairstyle! Brandy is professional, kind, personable and does a great job for a very reasonable price. read more

This was the absolute worst service I have ever had. I showed them a picture of a girl with a full head of bright blonde and that day took 5 hours with a brand new hair stylist one month out of school, she looks lost and confused half the time as well as left me sitting in the wash bowl for almost an hour! They took all of the pretty blonde I did have in my hair and replaces it with dark ashy in even tones. I spoke to the owner and she had no idea what I was talking about because she is not even a cosmetologist!! She had me come back and pay for my next visit and AGAIN sat me with a brand new hair stylist who had help from her top 3 hair stylist all 3 with hands in my hair! That day she finished my hair it was GREY and BLUE! She said KT would turn colors once I gave it a few washes! Like a take home project. I proceeded to get ahold of the salon my number got ignored for days, until I called on a private number someone finally answered.. then the owner Called me back a whole day later, she processed to tell me this is what I get when I make an appointment for the next day. J do not get a too stylist for last minute and if my hair was such pretty blonde to begin with why did I come there?? Absolutely appalling, the most unprofessional and down right rudest hair salon I have ever experienced. 120$ down the drain and not a care in the world. Nora single mast was worn, the floor was covered in hair and every single person was eating all over the place, no gloves no sanitizing no nothing. CDC would not approve.
