I called them and they were super nice fitting me in the next day to fix it free of charge. When I left the next day I loved the color. However it wasent until I straightened it I saw she butchered my haircut. It was uneven and slanted. I will give someone a second chance any day, but once they need a third they've lost my business for good. I'm just not sure how she never noticed the cut was uneven by the second time I went to her. I had to pay another hair dresser to fix her mistake and she ended up having to cut an additional .5 in off my hair to make it even. I was very disappointed and will never be going back.

He listened to me, gave his professional opinion & delivered an amazing cut & highlights! I found my go-to in Greenville, finally! Like I said, this was my first visit here, and upon arrival, I was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone for almost 10 minutes. The receptionist wasn't present, and the two female stylists in the salon had clients but didn't even acknowledge me. That gave me negative vibes instantly.
