I went and got a partial highlight with some lowlights and a cut last week. When I left the salon I noticed my color was stripey and uneven. I called them and they were super nice fitting me in the next day to fix it free of charge. When I left the next day I loved the color. However it wasent until I straightened it I saw she butchered my haircut. It was uneven and slanted. I will give someone a second chance any day, but once they need a third they've lost my business for good. I'm just not sure how she never noticed the cut was uneven by the second time I went to her. I had to pay another hair dresser to fix her mistake and she ended up having to cut an additional .5 in off my hair to make it even. I was very disappointed and will never be going back. read more

I give TODD BURNS 5 STARS! This was my first visit to the salon. I chose to go here after reading reviews of Todd on other review sites. He's so awesome! He listened to me, gave his professional opinion & delivered an amazing cut & highlights! I found my go-to in Greenville, finally! Like I said, this was my first visit here, and upon arrival, I was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone for almost 10 minutes. The receptionist wasn't present, and the two female stylists in the salon had clients but didn't even acknowledge me. That gave me negative vibes instantly. Yes I recommend this business, but not the stylist I had. Mint was clean, welcoming and professional, my stylist and others had great customer service. I recommend before you go to someone for the first time, to review your stylist instagram. I died my virgin blonde hair brown. The night after I went to Walmart and put a different brown of box die over it because it was not what I asked for. The stylist did more of her style rather than what was in the reference photo, and never asked me any questions about my preferences. She also never walked me through her intentions/ plan, now I really regret not asking. Let me preface by saying I am shy and non-confrontational and didn't say anything, if I had I may have been happier, so that's on me. I wanted to dye my hair a light brown-dark blonde. I left with very dark hair, with lighter streaks. She used a dark brown dye on my roots and pulled it down in some chunks. -- imagine my light blonde hair growing out, then dark brown roots, the lighter brown. This is the wacky look I fix with box dye... which is what I was trying to avoid with my $150! My reference photo did not have darker roots the the rest of the hair, and I ABSOLUTELY did not want darker roots than the rest of the hair. I also did not want highlights/ lowlights or whatever the was going for. The sections with out the darker dye were then covered with a lighter glaze. Long story short I didn't want streaks and I didn't want want darker roots which would be the opposite of blending with my grow out. Last point- a lot of hair was ripped and and it was not a comfortable experience. I am not sure if this is normal as I had virgin hair. Eliza was incredibly kind and I do believe she does great work for some, but our styles are not the same and I was not happy with my hair. Still waiting for that dark brown on my roots to grow out, otherwise I am happier now. read more

Halle did a fantastic job! I wanted something low maintenance, but still brighten up around my face and she really listened and understood what I was looking for before getting started. She was professional, thoughtful and easy to talk to. Midway through the blow dry she noticed the color wasn't quite right, so she adjusted it on the spot and on her own without me saying anything. I really appreciate that! The salon is beautiful, clean and they use Oribe products which I love. Very friendly & pleasant staff, offering drinks and online booking is a plus. I had my first cut with Todd today, and he is now my "go to" stylist. He initially studied my hair and asked what I liked and didn't like about it. Then, he gave me a slightly different cut than I've had for the past 1.5 years - much more flattering. He also gave me suggestions of brushes I should use as well as how to style my hair myself. He's very down to earth and a wonderful stylist! As far as the salon goes, I really like it & its location - in a shopping center with Fresh Market, a great "quick food" Indian restaurant, and also a wonderful "house decor, clothing, etc" shop. read more

Came here for the first time Thursday. Such a GREAT experience! First off: they offer you drinks. I had a glass of wine and they pour a great amount! Everyone was super friendly in the salon! They use Oribe products so you know you're getting the best products on your hair. I definitely felt the difference after I left the salon. My haircut was great! I felt like Megan took her time when she cut my hair and was very meticulous when cutting it. I made an appointment to get my hair balayage/painted for the future. I've been dying my hair black for years, and wanted to go back to my natural color- brown. She did this in a few hours for me and cut my hair. It felt so good after and was the perfect color! A wonderful salon just minutes from downtown Greenville and 1-85. I drive thirty minutes to get to salon because I love it and love what Holly does with my hair. She is very talented and really listens to what I want and has ideas if I just want something different but I'm not sure what, lol. She actually does our whole family's hair now, six people. There are lots of great stylists there but you cannot go wrong with Holly, Brittany or Amber!! They are all very sweet and know their stuff!! I love the way this salon feels comfortable and is not stuffy like some salons can be...they don't care if you talk and want ya to enjoy yourself...yet you leave feeling relaxed and looking so much better ‍!! read more

This hair salon is awesome. The hair stylist that work there are so very nice. They listen to your needs and what you want in the design of your hair style. They do it your way, and if you want an opinion on something that would work better all you have to do is talk it over with them and they understand and follow through. I'm very satisfied with the results of my experience when I leave the salon. I love my hair stylist. The receptionist at the salon makes you feel welcomed when you enter the salon. Awful! Scissor happy! Beware! I got my hair cut by Megan a month ago and I still want to cry everyday. She cut what she called layers into my hair. Her version of layers are just large disjointed chunks of your hair cut at uneven lengths. I used to wear my hair natural and long and didn't do a lot of styling to it but after this horrible cut it takes an hour to make it look half way decent. The ends of my hair looked damaged and frizzy on top of the giant multi length chucks I now have to contend with. They already deleted one of my google reviews so I suspect they will do the same to this one if possible so be very skeptical of all the 5 star ratings this salon has I suspect this is due to the fact that they delete as many unfavorable reviews as possible. You have been warned. Unless however large uneven chucks of hair with damaged looking ends appeals to you then you will be thoroughly satisfied with this salon. Worst haircut ever will take at least 5 "mint" juleps to stomach it! read more
