The black got mix with my highlights and I end up with a gray blueish color, Oh my God!! A nightmare, I was so depressed until someone at work recommended Tasha, I contact her, she told me what to do and to wait at least two weeks for her to fix the problem, I came to her and since them it's been a blessing, she is a master colorist that knows her job, she corrected the mess up the other woman did to me and ever since I been coming to her, I can't be more pleased, hands down to Tasha, I'll post before and after pictures to prove my experience.

To be working with is helping other customers, answering phones, and using time by slowly walking you around the store showing you makeup you could try this is not worth the money. I came in requesting a very blunt, easy task for someone who does makeup and somehow it turned into an hour long hot mess. The girl I worked with was sweet as could be and she knew her stuff. I just don't think she quite understood what it was I needed. When we were finished, and I looked at myself in the mirror, I immediately went to the bathroom and washed my face. It was bad. They did give me a refund bc they acknowledged the fact that the employee was busy during my session however, I was advised that I was banned from getting any services from there again. This is a shame because I shopped there all the time. I guess it does not matter though because I don't think that I would use their services at this location again anyway.

I came to this salon with my hair in an exceedingly miserable state…read more I adore the ladies at this salon because they are all very kind and patient and they really know how to brighten up a brassy mess! In Short: I had recently waited 3 months to get an appointment for highlights and lowlights at a very costly Greenville salon. The stylist at the Greenville salon made a brassy mess out of my hair...she did not put me under heat to lift my own color for the highlights. I was told "this type of bleach does not require heat to lift". The 3 inches of brassy highlights were terrible and the lowlight color was very dark and I felt they made me very sallow colored. I soon discovered that both were unsuited to my complexion because I was repeatedly asked if I was feeling poorly for the next two weeks! I came to Salon 97 wearing a hat and left with a bright hair color feeling more like myself again. The ladies were very brave in taking on such a sad sorrowful case such as mine, and I am so incredibly grateful!! Miss Cindy got me right in when I called with my woeful story. Miss Alexis, brightened both my hair and my day about 6 weeks ago. And the lovely Salon 97 owner Miss Allie brightened me up even more today! I hope I haven't misspelled anyone's name. I have 100% confidence in recommending this salon to anyone. Very talented and very nice people.

Hannah was my stylist. What an unprofessional person she is . I explained everything very clearly…read morealong with photographs. She did NOTHING that I asked for. When she saw how messed up my hair looked , she said well, my next client is here. I said what does that mean. She said I can't fix your hair now because I don't know how! Then she starts crying. I said why are you crying? I should be the one crying having to leave here with my hair looking like a toddler colored it. Why would the Owner put me with someone with such little experience and so unprofessional? This is NOT acceptable. RUN from this salon! If the Owner doesn't know her own stylist that speaks volumes to what happened to me yesterday. I'd really like to know what all the CRYING was about. I'm the offended party here and she's crying? Totally unacceptable!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I strongly disagree. You didn't even bother to call me to find out exactly what happened. Did she show you the photos of the botched color job? Did she bother to show you the photo that I sent to her in a text so she could consult with you? She also said to me that you were on vacation and absolutely no idea when you were going to return. So what were my options? Go around with a hideous hair color job? As a salon owner you should have called me instead of letting me twist in the wind with crappy hair color. First she said I could wait an hour till her next client was done. At first I said I don't have the time. Then she said that I could meet her at the TR location and she would do it there. So when I said let me call my husband to see if we could rearrange our scheduling for later THAT day. She said I don't know how to fix it and I need to talk to my boss before I can fix it. Also, I did schedule with someone else and you called me to say that she wasn't available and I could meet with one of two stylist. I chose Hannah because you said she was available and excellent and had been there for 3 years. Now to the being rude, I don't know what they told you but all I asked was "Why are you crying". If that is being rude, I don't comprehend. I was kind to her and did not make a scene which I would have been justified in doing. Still, she screws up my hair, then tells me her next client is waiting. I said "So exactly what are you telling me"? That's when the crying started. This behavior is totally unacceptable and you as a salon owner need to get the story straight before blaming a client instead of an incompetent hair dresser with emotional problems. You're just enabling it. You should be ashamed! I cannot believe that you would allow this type of treatment to your clients. Further more you allow this behavior by justifying a wrong and not finding out what REALLY happened.
