Not only did she completely miss the mark, but she was visibly unsure of how to do her job, requiring active guidance and formulation help from another hairdresser during my appointment.The biggest issue came at checkout. Ansley verbally told me she was charging me for "two toners" to keep the price down. However, when I looked at my receipt, I discovered completely hidden, undisclosed fees. I was charged a massive $95 base fee for a "Gloss Only" and an additional $45 for a "Gloss/Toner"--totaling $140 just for gloss products that were never verbally quoted or agreed upon beforehand.When I reached out to address the poor results and the confusing billing, the stylist was dismissive and claimed I never showed her the video. When escalated to the manager, BreAnna West, I was met with total gaslighting. She altered the timeline of events to protect her stylist, refused to address the deceptive billing structure, and explicitly banned me from the salon instead of offering a fair partial refund for the unapproved charges.Be very careful coming here. They use confusing à la carte pricing structures at checkout without upfront disclosure, and management will aggressively defend billing manipulation rather than practicing honest customer service. I have already filed a formal dispute with my credit card company for unauthorized charges.
