But last week I went my regular stylist couldn't do it bc my paycheck wouldn't line up. I had a job interview coming up and needed it done. So he recommended another stylist who did a horrible just horrible job. Color is very wrong. I just wanted a trim but I got something weird. I got my eyebrows waxed and she burned my eyelids bad. I didnt want to make a scene I called my regular stylist when I got home and told him. He DID NOT CARE. He argued with me my eyelids and scalp were burning. He was rude and very illegally and ignorantly question my antidepressants. I was shocked. He was my stylist for 5 years. And instead of being kind they refused to refund me any money. Even after I sent a picture if my eye lids. Im planning on suing them. Im so heartbroken that my stylist who I liked so much was so horrible. It is illegal to throw a customers antidepressants in their face. When I had never ever complained before. My eye lids hurt so much. I saw a friend the next day and she grabbed my phone and took a picture.​

I called them and they were super nice fitting me in the next day to fix it free of charge. When I left the next day I loved the color. However it wasent until I straightened it I saw she butchered my haircut. It was uneven and slanted. I will give someone a second chance any day, but once they need a third they've lost my business for good. I'm just not sure how she never noticed the cut was uneven by the second time I went to her. I had to pay another hair dresser to fix her mistake and she ended up having to cut an additional .5 in off my hair to make it even. I was very disappointed and will never be going back.

Every person is different, but Tasha and Amanda are both incredibly communicative, and take their time with your hair. They explained to me what hair products to use, what would happen when I dyed my hair, and what to expect before and during the appointment. They were very attentive and kind, and are the kind of stylists that can talk to you and hold a conversation but also will not force you to talk if you don't want to. You can just listen in to what they say to each other. It's kind of like ASMR, haha. Also, when they wash your hair, it feels quite heavenly. No place is perfect, but they have done right by me. And I want to make sure that people know that this place is a good spot to get your hair done. Just be prepared with what you want, how you want it, and make sure that you are fully aware of their policies before getting an appointment.
