She is relatable, real world and a down home gal! The office is really nice and clean. The staff is pleasant and helpful right down to the receptionists. I t commend arriving early as I am typically in and out before my appointment time. After a year of service they never disappoint! But if you're running late expected to be rescheduled as they value the time of each patient as well as the scheduled Socorro. I can appreciate that! Located across from Greenville Memorial and the Hejaz Childrens hospital it isn't hard to find. I highly recommend this medical office for any skin needs. Remember getting a skin evaluation annually is very important. Dr. MCCrary get an honorable mention for his attentiveness and warm personality. If you have an appt phobia or hate medical offices this Is definitely a change of pace. There is ample parking and a really nice waiting area to relax or simply by your time as I, charging my phone LOL. Happy Yelping!

I gave them chance to make things right, but all they wanted to do was sell me more botox. They said I need twice what my plastic surgeon uses. My forehead has waves like the ocean, and it's only been a month since I received botox. Beware of the google reviews! If your looking for a great place for botox go to a professional doctor not a med spa. They are also more expensive than the plastic surgeon I use by 2 dollars a unit. I only tried them because of the google reviews.

They refused my service & wanted to reschedule my appointment for 2 weeks out. She had even penciled me in like I scheduled I was back in less then 30 minutes as she advised. This was not the only time they have been rude & wouldn't honor a walk. A few times I a friend and I have called in but once arrived no appointments was booked. And the front desk attendant was very rude on my first 2 visits. I noticed certain clients are treated with kindness and respect. So I started back with Pelham. I called in to see if I could do a walk in for sugaring & was told told there was only one person that did sugaring would be available but I need to be there before she left & if not I could been seen by someone else not not sugar wax . I said ok advice I would TRY TO MAKE IT there but traffic was very bad. I called once I saw it was impossible to make it & asked if I could just be seen whoever was there. Few minutes later I received a call back saying I scheduled an appointment which I never scheduled I was told if I got there in time & my name was never given they expressed this when I showed up the next day that they cancelled my last appointment. I wasn't pleased with them making me an appointment after I clearly stated I was coming from the Simpsonville location upset and they scheduled an appointment. I even paid for membership but was told I could be able to use membership only at Pelham location after I had sign & paid for membership. I was under the impression that membership could be used for any location.

I am always absolutely satisfied! I have previously had a clear and brilliant laser treatment and a vegas peel. I have never had the RF micro needling. Well I decided that Saturday was THE day! Today it looks even better. They also treated my masseter muscles for me yesterday. I took my sister who is new to any type of toxin treatment and she received the "brow lift". She was also incredibly pleased. I ALWAYS leave happy and love my results! -Alex Broom

I ask how much Botox do I need to get rid of it, and he says "20 Units". So, they priced in giving me it. Five days later I can see no Bible results, so I go back and show them. They said you'll need to buy more, maybe 10 units. Now I feel scammed. They won't do anything for free, so I decide Not to get it done and pay out again ,because I feel it's all for nothing. I wrote a negative comment on FB where people leave comments. They immediately took it down, and discharged me from Ever using their practice. Then, I decided to give them another chance a year later, get up early and go to their office, only to have them tell me, and embarrass me, that I've been discharged and they cannot help me, Sorry! Why couldn't they do that over the phone when I made the appointment? Why did the doctor tell his assistant to give me 20 units, if I needed 30? Why did they have to embarrass me and rudely turn me away like that in the office? Poor practice, and NO results for hard earned money spent! Do Not Recommend!
