Back to 30 is AMAZING!! They have various locations so make going here really convenient! They offer such a variety of services, my favorite being their Emsculpt device! Absolutely one of the worst in the area and I have been to several locations. I was given a gift card to this location for $350 purchased for $250 due to a promotion. They would not honor the full amount of the gift card despite a $350 card being emailed to me by them!! (See image) They only honored the purchase price of the card but tried to say it was fine for them to do this because they gave me Botox points/coupon and a new client discount that should have been completely separate than the gift card amount. I was then texted that I would be refunded the $100 difference to be called not 2 minutes later and told nope we have decided not to refund you. It's unethical sales practices by the call center whom the gift card was purchased through to mislead the purchaser, and also horrible business practice at the location to not honor the gift card amount. End of the day I get it is only $100, but the deeper issue is trusting where you go and this location has proven itself to be very misleading to get you in the door and then charge 30% more for their services than competitors. This location is one of the most expensive in the area for subpar service and a rather dumpy location run by clueless 20 yo's at the desk. The text replies were flippant and unprofessional to an obviously upset customer over their lack of ethics. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere but here. I would call this the shady "used car salesman" or "buy here pay here" version of the med spas. read more

I've been having my eye brows done for several years at Back to 30 and was happy with them until I showed up to my 9 month appointment. I arrived yesterday for my 4pm appointment and was told that I didn't have an appointment when the girl at the front desk ask me what type of appointment I had and with who... I was informed that Back to 30 quit doing micro blading back in October of 2023 but, nobody had the decency to call and inform me of this. Now if I want to keep up my eyebrows... I have to start all over and with someone else which I probably won't be able to afford. I would NEVER recommend Back to 30 for their total unprofessionalism!! read more

I was there a few months ago actually. First let me say now that's it's wore off, after more was added to apparently cover it up. Which I had to pay MORE for?! HAVE deep creases ALL OVER my forehead that WERE NOT there before! I'm crying as I write this. This is just a reminder that damage WAS done. I'm scared idk if this is permanent? And if they hit a muscle. PLEASE read entirely through, to get a full picture. I saw I different woman I saw the first time that I had a good not great experience with. I've had filler before so I knew as soon as she injected the first shot, something went wrong. IT BURNED AND left a good size knot somewhat DEEPLY that stayed awhile. I knew the day after something happened. I had only had filler in my forehead once before coming here. Had no issues and only needed a very little bit. I had ONLY 2 fine lines at the very top of my forehead, but my 11 between my eyebrows was deep, which was mainly what I came in for. It was swollen with deep lines that were NOT there before! Even on my eyebrows! When I came into to see one of the other ladies, she then proceeded to continue to make excuses, even after I called , sent photos, and kept insisting something was wrong! THEY we're going to CHARGE me full price, I had to ask if they would help considering the situation, I got half off but still paid $100. Just imagine paying after this has happened already! Now I have creases ALL over my forehead, that I did not have before. My daughter even pointed it out asking me why it looks this way, and said mama that wasn't there before. I will never go back. I wish they were honest and cared enough to take care of it completely. Now I have to go find out if there was permanent damage done. I am so devastated! read more

I have a unique perspective because I can directly compare lipo with BT30 Cool Sculpting. I had my upper arms (bat wings) done at BT30 with the sales pitch that it was a more simple, less evasive procedure. It was. However, it wasn't cheaper, as effective, less painful, or less healing time / pain. You are told that the results can take up to 4 months to show. I had my procedure just over 4 months ago. The procedure cost as much as lipo, required two hours away from work two different days (there are two rounds of sculpting required, 30 days apart), was quite painful just after the procedures and my arms were so sensitive I couldn't be touched for days afterwards. The actual pain lasted 2 weeks after each procedure, and now, 4 months later, I am still sensitive. There was bruising that lasted a week which meant that for a week after each procedure I had to wear 3/4 length sleeves. BT30 takes before pictures, but doesn't do measurements so prior to my 1st procedure I took my own measurements. I then measured every 2 weeks after. Now that I am over 4 months post procedure, my upper arms measures the EXACT same as before the procedure. In comparison, I had my stomach lipo'd a few years after a c-section. The procedure was outpatient and cost about the same. I was out of work that Friday, the weekend, and Monday. I was sore for an additional week with some expected swelling. At the 2 week mark, the healing was 100%, the effects were 100%, with 2 sick days from work and a low key weekend. read more

Very disappointing experience. Paid for 35 units of Botox and had ZERO results. I've been getting Botox for a while now (not here, just moved) and I have never experienced anything like this. I don't know if they water down whatever they're using or if the nurse did the injections incorrectly but even the before and after pictures that they took showed no difference. When I came back for my two week follow up they wanted me to pay for 20 more units. What!?! Why on earth would I give them any more money after nothing worked the first time? Would only recommend Back to 30 to someone who is looking to throw money away. read more

Can I give them less stars? Really. I went in for Botox (it was on special) and got a whole speech about how I need to spend $2000 on fillers for my 35 year old face. I do Botox as a preventative measure through my Dermatologist but she doesn't accept BD rewards so I tried here. They are remodeling soon at the Pelham and 14 location which is great because the procedure rooms look like some illegal Queens apartment set up with ripped cloth and outdated fixtures. Just don't go here. I know of two great places in Greenville to get Botox and this is not one of them. The specials are just to get you in the door. And a nurse with some vague Bachelors degree spends 30 minutes selling a 35 yr old a new face and then gets mad and rushes through Botox when you don't want fillers. read more

Just had my first Diamond Glow facial at the McBee location downtown. From my initial contact, the receptionist was super friendly and helpful through paperwork process. After only a short wait, the Esthetician took me back to a room that was super clean and comfortable. She fully explained the procedure before I started and as well, along every step of the way. I was super impressed with the ease of the treatment and how great that it made my skin look and feel for days after! Absolutely awful. Told me my Kybella was best option for under chin fat (submental) Was told it would only be a few days and swelling would subside. Now a month later and still swelling and nodules under skin. $2,400 dollars spent, and told more treatment necessary. Old cliche everyone responds differently. Go for smart Lipo. 3,000 dollars. Immediate results. Much better than getting strung on forever and one "day" you might get the results you're searching. Complete rip off!!! DON'T DO IT. I went in for a consultation after the Spring Fling open house. But on the open house I was told fillers would cost 600 a vial and I would need 2 by Amanda. Then I had to set appt to find out about threading at the Greer office and this lady tells me the same fillers for 2 will be 1800 while trying to upsell ultra therapy for 2500. Then she says she might be able to make it cheaper if they only do my lower face, forgetting she had just written on the paper lower face for $2500, then comes back at 1900. Why the big difference in the fillers? Looking online the average is tops 650 a vial. What a racquet. read more

Terrible experience! I just moved here from another state and decided to try this place. I got a very aggressive sales pitch that went on for 20 minutes. I have been getting Botox and fillers for years, and prefer the less is more approach. Apparently, that is not their approach. The lady told me that I needed to get $2400 worth of fillers, or nothing at all. She said any less would look worse than not doing any. I told her that I've had good results with less, and she acted like she didn't believe me! Meanwhile, she's showing me pictures of people who look way overdone, and telling me she could do that for me too. I continuously told her I didn't want that much filler in my face, and she kept telling me it was all or nothing. Finally, I asked why the price was so much more per vial than what I was used to spending. She told me that this is much better filler than what I'd used in the past. When I told her I didn't want to use that kind of filler in my cheeks, she didn't even bother to give me another quote for Restylane. She just said, "OK," and that was it! She really intended for me to spend $2,400 or leave. So, I left, and I will never go back. read more

Tried botox with back to 30, big mistake. I have had botox many times before in FL and had no problems. When I went to Back to 30 on the recommendation of my neighbor they went way too fast and the end result was that I look incredibly angry and pissed off. They also tried to upsell me to other services by finding every slight issue with my skin and weight, which just left me feeling insecure. When I complained to a friend who is in the skin care industry she said, "you have two overweight women on tv with bad botox telling women how to lose weight and get good botox. What did you expect?" I guess I expected something less trashy and more professional considering what they charge. read more
