What was supposed to be a simple job of long layers around the face, turned into a mullet and a haircut that looks like a mushroom. When I asked her wth she was thinking she said, "I don't know". The owner tried to fix with shears which made it worse! She eventually just walked away from me. No apologies. My hair is destroyed and I don't say that lightly. It will take a very long time for this to even begin to look halfway decent. NEVER again!!!

Street parking can be a little tricky depending what time of day since it does get busy but I always manage to find a spot regardless. Jess is on the second floor so as soon as i walk in i just go right up, no need to check into the front desk. The aesthetic of the salon is so clean and so modern. Jess always knows my perfect color. The vibes are always awesome and the women are so sweet. Total it's about $115 which I think is super normal and reasonable for the salon in the overall experience in the area. I definitely recommend this salon to anyone in the Greenville area looking to try something new. They also have a spa attached to the salon and they also do fun events last October I went there and got a permanent bracelet done!

I debated leaving this review, but I feel like it is important to give people a heads up if they…read moreare looking into booking with this salon. I unexpectedly had to find a new stylist to do my extension services (which I understand is a luxury service and normally cost more than other services) I was booked and scheduled over the phone, Then bombarded with emails and text about signing their salon agreement. They were very persistent about signing this form (your appointment will be canceled if you don't sign ahead of time) and it was a bit of a turn off before ever even getting to the salon. When I sat down at the chair, the stylist and I went over the reinstall process, And she began getting to work. At no point before our appointment or during the consultation was pricing ever discussed. I will take partial responsibility for not asking, but like I said, I am used to paying fairly high prices for my service. When we were almost done with my move up, I finally asked about their pricing and was very shocked To hear that they charge $200 per row to move up extensions. I have been wearing extensions for close to four years and never have I paid prices even close to that. I ended up being charged $400 for a service that took less than two hours to complete. I feel like this salon should have been more transparent with their pricing upfront, especially offering luxury services like they do. The service quality was average and most of the appointment was silent and a little awkward. When she was finished with my move up I wasn't even offered to have my hair styled/ curled Which was a little shocking since that is normally included with a service like this (Especially at this price point). I paid for the service and left a tip for the stylist as she did do a decent job and pricing is not determined by her.. Overall, I was highly disappointed in the value and with my experience here and will Not be coming back

I found Donna (who's Curly certified) at Executive Hair and I'm so grateful. I've been seeing her for a year and have been happy with every result. She retouched my roots yesterday and this is where many stylists fail their clients. Processing virgin hair is not that difficult, touch ups however require precision. Whether it's bleaching, relaxing, or color touch ups, many stylists fail to protect the processed hair from previous treatments. Some stylists also go and work on other people or take long breaks while your hair is being processed. I've seen this in salons and have had my hair damaged because of this in the past. These stylists are incredible and everyone comes out looking wonderful. I've also brought my family in for haircuts and have been very happy with the results.

Lucky for me I was able to get an appointment same day as, well you know when you reach "that" point, that it needed to be done yesterday? Yuppers that is where I was at. Willene did an awesome job and exactly what I wanted/was looking for. I did warn her, she was going to want to do before and after photos as it was going to be quite a difference. I had a strict time frame and again Willene nailed it! If there is anything negative it would be that there isn't always someone at the front desk. So sometimes you walk in and just kinda stand their for a bit until someone realizes your there. But honestly that is a small thing. Oh and the best part? well one of the best parts...I was shocked by the price. Like shocked in a GREAT way. I'm accustom to paying upwards of $300 for a cut, color, style. I know sounds crazy but for me it just became the norm. So when Willene said $75 I thought for sure I heard her incorrectly. Nope that was the price. Shocked I tell you, just plain shocked.
